What do you like best about Xelix?

Xelix has been extremely helpful for us as a business. It is straightforward and quick to learn. I love how easy it is to use.

The statement reconciliation is a brilliant tool as well as the duplicate checker. We have all the platforms that Xelix currently offer and have no regrets. The training they provided as a team has been incredible, and nothing is ever too much for them. They always keep in contact, hold regular meetings for us as/when required, and have events throughout the year. It is a pleasure to work alongside them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xelix?

I honestly can't fault them. I am not just saying it. I can't give anything negative about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xelix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xelix has helped us with many problems, the first being the duplicate checker. It made our job much more accessible and efficient using this instead of doing a lot of things manually this also saves us alot of money.

Moving onto the statement reconciliations, the seamless format from Xelix is great. We had a manual template built previous to this and as you can imagine, it was very time-consuming for everyone involved, so it has saved time for us mainly. The other benefit is that the statements from Xelix save into the PDFS which categorise missing documents, already paid etc this makes it helpful for us and the supplier. What do you like best about Xelix?

Xelix is a very user-friendly tool, easy to filter on whatever information we need. We only use it to spot duplicate invoices as of yet, but it has proven to be extremely useful as it spots mistakes that our previous reports would not have shown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xelix?

Xelix has provided insight into duplicate payment, which went undetected. We have been able to recover the duplicate invoices flaggged by Xelix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xelix?

Allows potential duplicate payments and invoice errors to be identified and dealt with before payments are made. Reduces staff time in manually searching for as the system interacts directly and provides all information required to easily identify the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xelix?

There doesn't currently appear to be any issues with the product that can be identified as a dislike. Xelix have always worked with us to make amendments to the system where needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xelix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preventing the duplication of payments that have been entered via OCR and possibly matched incorrectly. Allows historic checking of payments to recoup past duplicates that may have occurred prior to system implementation. The system also highlights invoice errors where an invoice number may look different to one previously paid, this allows appropriate checks to be made and the details amended if required.
