I liked how it helped us to improve our internal controls and aided us in finding invoices that kept getting duplicated into our system simply because an 'i' looked like a '1' or vice versa. The whole Xelix experience so far has been great. The team are attentive, the tool is very easy to use, and it’s already proved its worth. The interface is much friendlier than our ERP, and pulling data/reports is a lot quicker. Xelix has surfaced more than just duplicates, which was the initial reason for taking the platform on and seems to spot a lot more errors than our ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It’s delivering more accurate results than we’ve seen before meaning the team are saving a lot of time not having to check payments manually. We are also now starting to use the cashflow forecasting functionality and have been able to finally cleanse our master vendor file – which is a job we have been meaning to do for a while - Xelix has enabled us to get this done in no time at all. We implemented Xelix a year ago and have seen already many benefits from the duplication and suppliers error functionalities. The implementation is very quick and the software is very easy to use. The after sales service is excellent. Our account manager consistently has sought feedback and the software has been further developed to meet our requirements for reporting. The new functionalities to audit our suppliers database for duplicate vendors plus new bank details is also very useful for Fraud prevention. There is little to dislike about Xelix, the software delivers exactly what is promised. Recommendations to others considering Xelix: I would strongly recommend Xelix to any company looking for a software to control duplicate or wrongly posted invoices The level of customer service is excellent, The team is very dynamic and always looking for ways to improve. The return on investment was achieved within weeks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Xelix solving and how is that benefiting you? Main problems are duplicate or wrongly posted invoices. We are able to review the highlighted invoices at risk of duplicate payment or paid to the wrong supplier and do correction before payment runs. We previously used to do the duplicate checks manually from manual extract listing of our ERP SAP system as the duplicate only flags on the invoice reference field. Xelix checks multiple fields and therefore is an added level of controls. A lot of admin work is saved in addition to the financial benefits of stopping duplicate payments or payments to wrong suppliers In addition, we can access the payables ledger by currency and entity and update our cash out forecast at any time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have been with these Guys for 2-3 Years now and are still very happy with the service Provided. The tool does exactly what is needed to meet government requirements. The Platform is constantly reviewed and upgraded to tailor your individual needs. The Platform can be used for Supplier Statistics to Cash Forecasting and detecting Duplicate entries.
