Simple opening dashboard makes it easy to see the errors identified by the product and to drill into the detail behind the summary. The product is well designed. We have had challenges getting a disciplined process for addressing and resolving the issues it identifies. Doing that is key to its machine learning. The problem was duplicate invoices and paying vendors to come in periodically to find and review those on a commission basis. We wanted to be able to find them on an ongoing basis. I like that Xelix is very user-friendly. Being a new Xelix customer, I worried I would struggle to learn a new system, but I did not. It was so easy to use! And I would highly recommend it! I can honestly say, from the design of the software to the excellent staff, Xelix is crushing it! I'm always eager to learn the new and upcoming features that Xelix provides. One of best things for me when using xelix is that it can instantly produce an accurate statement reconciliation in seconds combining two different systems . Previosuly i would have to spend time converting PDF's to excel and exporting reports from different systems and do look ups to get an accurate position Also just in terms of querys and can instantly combine the two systems to get an instant picture. Drag a statement onto Xelix and most of it has all been reconciled for you. It is also a good way to find any duplicate invoices lost in the system. Xelix helps us improve efficiencies, reducing manual work and checks. The service is always positive and helpful, the team are happy to take on board any suggestions. There are some limitations such as the statement reconciliation template cannot be personalised across entities which means all entities need to use the same template (without Logos etc.) and the mailbox function only works for one mailbox which isn't ideal for a Shared Service Centre. Most helpfull is the potential duplicate flagging on Xelix platform, which reports any potential duplicates accross units, systems and vendors. The best thing about Xelix is that is saves you money, its saves a lot of time and its very user-friendly. The service provided is second to none and one of the best platforms we have used. If i am honest, there is not a bad word i can say about xelix; if there is ever a minor technical issue, it's always resolved very quickly. So not much from me to dislike. What problems is Xelix solving and how is that benefiting you? we have all the products that they offer currently; the first product we had was the duplicate checker, which saved us so much money and time! we were doing this manually before having this service - and wouldnt look back! Amazing The next product statements recs, and this as above saves us so much time, and easily recognizes any issues with the statements; it relays info in a simple format for us and suppliers and breaks down anything that is miss, paid, ETC. The final product we have is the dashboard with all our figures on; this is an excellent tool if you want to take a quick glimpse or delve deeper; this is easy to do, also is a great tool for the buisness in other areas.
