For many months I had problems with some partners and even with suppliers and customers because of the lack of a good communication system and that allowed to have successful conferences, most of the clients were bothered to have to make long installations on their devices since this is a waste of time, with onstream meeting I solve most of these problems, I feel comfortable and very fortunate to use a program like this because since the deployment to date I have managed to improve the management system in my company, I use the program To organize the meetings and plan with my work team, even with some who are traveling, I make recordings during the talks and send or receive documents of great importance, without concern because the program is safe. A high cost is one of the negative characteristics of the program that needs to be improved, to add a more detailed tutorial for the deployment and start of the program, and to improve some tools that I think should be more modern. Outdated interface: With today's technology getting better and better with presenting user interface and design, it is safe to say that it is one of the more important aspects when considering the overall user experience. Unfortunately, Onstream Meeting's layout has not kept up with modern times, with it looking and feeling somewhat similar to a decade old program. Although the menu icons are clear for what they represent, it feels pretty cluttered and disorganized compared to other services that offer a simple yet easy-to-digest interface. Noting that the communication of the entire department had failures and most of my work team could not have the expected result in the negotiations, even some clients submitted complaints for poor attention in the communication, start the tests with onstream meeting, I They recommended the program and after using it I have realized that it has enough power, it gives me comfort in my work because its tools are easy to use, by using this software I get each of my conferences to have good results, unlike the methods old ones that were used with onstream meeting the organization is better and each member of my team has their role in the negotiations, I like that I can record each talk and establish better links that strengthen the agreements with my clients improving the service and increasing my sales .
