**What do you like best about BroadVoice?**

XBP provides me with all the tools as an integrated communication software that has an administrator panel, conference calls, auto attendant, and virtual services.

**What do you dislike about BroadVoice?**

The large list can be somewhat unmanageable for some people.  It can be said that for a large number of options, the interface can be confusing, and it is not always easy to find what exactly one is looking for.

**What problems is BroadVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XBP centralises all our communication requirements which eradicates the need for paying for many software solutions and make system integration easy.  It ensures easy management since all the configurations are done from the administrator portal.
