**What do you like best about Xanatek IMS?**

So many features available. Simple to use, reliable, and legally stores data. Amazing for our business! Couldn't ask for anything more of this program. 

**What do you dislike about Xanatek IMS?**

The only area I can possibly think to improve would be searching customers. If it is not an EXACT match then it will not appear in the search. Maybe making searches more inclusive by tagging names that are similar spelled or pronounced? I've worked with programs that do so and it is a nice feature.

**What problems is Xanatek IMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing customer data in a protected program, legally storing notes/files, no longer have to waste physical space in the office with old paper files.

Very easy to use and manage clients. The AL3 downloads are a lifesaver. 

**What do you dislike about Xanatek IMS?**

Sometimes IMS takes a while to start up but other than that, there’s not anything I dislike about it.

Pay attention during the tutorials with Xanatek.

Easy organization of a clients information.
