It may be used with any device and is simple to use. Because the platform is cloud-based, our data is protected and secure. Excellent customer support is provided and is accessible to assist with any questions or problems. **What do you dislike about XaitCPQ?** The systems complexity presented a problem for us because it made it difficult to make modifications without relying on XaitCPQ help. A more user-friendly admin interface would be beneficial, especially for less experienced users. The complexity of the system is a serious problem because it becomes challenging to independently maintain and update it. Almost every modification that needs to be made involves users needing help from Xait. **What problems is XaitCPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ability to provide estimates more swiftly and efficiently thanks to XaitCPQ has greatly improved our quoting process. Our production has increased tremendously, and it has made our jobs simpler. We have been able to configure prices for even the most complicated products because to the platforms high level of customization and flexibility.
