Incent processes compensation efficiently and accurately. Handling complex comp plans as seamlessly as simple ones. I appreciate that the company continues to take feedback from its users and innovate new products designed with clients in mind. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** I wish the end-user experience were better. We have issues with partners that struggle with login issues. In particular, if a partner has multiple instances of Incent or does not log in frequently. I find setting up Analytics reports and Dashboards to be cumbersome. It takes some time to learn how the system works, but it is a fairly smooth process once you learn. Employees can easily see their goals, attainment, and commission earned daily. I'm a team of 1 who fully manages the platform for 200+ salespeople - managing the day-to-day process, and the annual changes (pay, quotas, hierarchy, named relationships, etc.). Their upload templates make this manageable for one person to handle. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** I haven't had the best experience with the support team. However, I know there are support tiers available and we could request/pay for a better level of support.
