It helps me see how much I'm getting paid and how it stacks up against other months. This visibility into my earnings is something I find really valuable. The initial setup was also easy for me because I didn't have to do anything to set it up. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** The way that we reach Xactly with Okta or Salesforce can be time-consuming. It takes a while to find the right page and navigate to your commission. I feel the website could be formatted a lot better and more simply. I would probably rate it a five because I feel there are other types of software where you can have a better understanding of your commission each month and access it more easily with a better user interface. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly solves the problem of a lack of visibility with my commission payouts, letting me track my earnings monthly and compare them across different months. ### 2. It's solid at giving me the info that I need, I guess. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** It seems overly clunky and as I said in the "likes" about Xactly, I'm not 100% sure whether my issues are with the actual product or how it was implemented in my organization. I find that it's often difficult to navigate to find the numbers that I'm looking for. I often have to wade through multiple steps, just to find a basic report (ie. Monthly Commission). I have also found it annoying that I can't just view a document and always have to download it every time. Nitpicky? When I enter in to myIncentives, it takes more than 5 seconds to render the page. Every time I apply a new filter, it’s the same story. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xcatly is where I see my bonus plan details and the payment against it. It shows quarterly and yearly attainment of the bonus. ### 7. A good sales portal for sales reps. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Tough procurement and implementation experience. Missing Multi-Factor Authentication. No audit trail for edited orders. Inconsistencies and bugs with localized characters and date formats. Various other hidden bugs that need workarounds. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly Incent can automate daily commissions calculations and have the results available to sales reps via an online portal. This has helped our administrators to work more efficient, and has given an extra non-monetary incentive to our sales reps. ### 9. It is difficult to maintain, difficult to manage in a setting where you are quickly growing and having tons of changes. It feels like it's a better fit for a large scale enterprise company, rather than smaller companies that make large scale plan changes on a quarterly/semi-annual basis. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly is our tool for calculating commissions. We are using this to provide insights to sales reps to understand how they are performing against their sales plan and how much money they are making. This is also how we communicate what their plan is and how much they will be paid for sales. ### 42. He is quick to respond when I need something from him. I appreciate him. The application works fine for the most part. It is usually dynamic enough for our team to make adjustments on the fly, as needed. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** The amount of time it takes for basic support requests to be processed is not good. I usually have to follow up many, many times before anything is addressed other than to say, "we are looking into it". I'm sure if we paid for the next tier of support, it would improve.. but I have to assume the reason why it's so slow at the basic level is to force you into the next tiered level. I have been working on getting a single support ticket addressed for well over 2 years.
