As of right now, we can only pull the details by month which is not ideal when you are working with yearly quotas. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the old system, the users were not able to view their data daily. I like that Xactly gives them a daily view of what their commission payout will be and we can resolve any issues as they occur instead of waiting until the end of the month. ### 4. It's ability to act both as a database and a data processing engine allow the customer to build and maintain very sophisticated data pipepline tasks. The Plan Design areas (Plans, Rules, Formulas, Rate Tables, Lookup Tables) have been improved in the past few years with the addition of tags and copy/paste capabilities to the extent that - for my team - the plan configuration process takes the least amount of time in a traditional waterfall-based implementation project. The Xactly Extend module is very promising and I look forward to partnering with Xactly to see how far we can push it. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** UI is outdated & requires many clicks Plan Doc administration & customization is cumbersome Estimator & Illustrator poor fit for most customers No standard observability capabilities (alerting is all custom) No API's for emitting logs/metrics Customer Support tickets are closed or ignored without providing RCA/5-Why's Internal Connect server errors can have cascading impacts on user data Connect API/JDBC endpoint is not instrumented for bulk-uploading of data **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the value we get out of Xactly relates to payout accuracy and cycle-time reduction. We have Xactly configured to handle daily scheduled data synchronizations with our HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse source systems. The system calculations quota attainment and incentive compensation payouts around the clock. These configurations give our payees, administrators, and other end users the ability to make decisions based on near-real-time data. Xactly Incent's date effectivity allows us to manage changes to sales incentive plans, reference data, and quota crediting rules and have those changes impact only the measurement periods to which they apply. This makes certain requirements like proration, ramping quota, guarantee formulas, etc. very simple to maintain in the system. Xactly Forms (soon to be replaced by Extend) allows us to have a process in place for management to review and approve payouts AND automatically send them to our payroll providers. It is very user friendly. I have used other ICM before, and some are not so user friendly for the admins and users. The other thing is time efficiency. It helps us to reduce time spent on manual calculations and allowing our team to focus on other tasks. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** There are some limitations on fields in the report to download. Can't really customized the report for downloads unless you use Analytics. There is no ability to download rates for each user. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time efficiency as I have mentioned. Reducing time spent on manual calculations is key. I also do like that we can version people, position, hierarchy and quota. It will be cleaner to pull report if you use the versioning correctly. ### 23.
