This makes training, and absorbing of that training more efficient and productive. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** The only thing that comes to mind, is that sometimes many options can be counterproductive or confusing. Not to say that once utilizing, I may experience this. But I believe there could be a challenge in ensuring that folks are using Incent for the appropriate functions and knowing about the capabilities that they do have access to. I have also found it annoying that I can't just view a document and always have to download it every time. Nitpicky?
