No lnowledge of programming is needed and it is fairly easy to use once you understand the mechanics of it. Jessica Bozigian, our Customer Success Manager, is extremely helpful and is of great support any time we need help with tickets, general questions, or best practices. Even when she doesn't know the answer she is very quick to find an answer or recommend a solution. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** My mine gripe about Xactly is that you have to pay for training or to learn the tool. There should be more free training made available. I also think that there should be more felxibility with changes which drag and drop options.
