Xactly helps track sales commissions and payouts more effectively. Additionally, the tracker shows how much of the variable pay has been rolled out over the past year, helping the individual to know how much of their variable pay has been achieved over the year. There isn't anything to dislike but the layout and features have been the same for a while and few features and enhancements can be made on the UI/UX front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you? Xactly helps track sales commissions more effectively. As a member of the GTM team, understanding variable sales commissions enables us to determine how much of the Variable pay has been achieved, how much we can pursue, and how much has already been drawn. The tool easily provides our sales team excellent visibility into compensation statistics on a daily basis and it creates a whole performance map of individuals which helps in deciding incentive structure for sales people.
