It's solid at giving me the info that I need, I guess. **What do you dislike about Xactly?** It seems overly clunky and as I said in the "likes" about Xactly, I'm not 100% sure whether my issues are with the actual product or how it was implemented in my organization. I find that it's often difficult to navigate to find the numbers that I'm looking for. I often have to wade through multiple steps, just to find a basic report (ie. Monthly Commission). I have also found it annoying that I can't just view a document and always have to download it every time. Nitpicky? The reporting doesn't map to the needs of our business and the information is often, at best, faulty and not correct. Xactly has been referred to as "Almostly" within our company pretty much since its adoption. The worst part of my job is the week-to-week management of frustration my team brings to me with this faulty tool. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xactly has only created problems.
