X77 Group builds and runs executive-led offshore teams ("pods") for growing companies in the United States, UAE, Australia and New Zealand. Dedicated SDR, customer success, support, onboarding, finance, technical and AI pods work from Cape Town and Manila on your hours, inside your CRM and tools, with a working team lead inside the pod, AI-assisted research and QA scoring, weekly KPI reporting and a monthly board-ready review. Pods go live within 7 days with onboarding included, on a 60-day pilot then a rolling 30-day term; any seat that misses target after ramp is replaced at no cost. X77 Group is run by AJ Smith, a former CEO of ASX- and NZX-listed companies, and operates from Miami (X77 USA LLC) with offices in Dubai, the Gold Coast, Auckland, Cape Town and Manila.
