The add-in operates without cloud infrastructure, subscriptions, or system migration, allowing organizations to maintain existing Excel workflows while meeting e-invoicing standards. It integrates into Excel and enables compliant e-invoice creation without enterprise software. X-Pferd optionally supports GAEB file imports for construction billing, though this feature is not mandatory for operation. The workflow includes importing GAEB data if needed, adding invoice details within [redacted]. Organizations can continue using Excel infrastructure while meeting e-invoice standards.
