WYP.chat is a shared inbox for small businesses and trades that talk to their customers on WhatsApp. The problem: the free WhatsApp Business app is built for one person. As a team, it tops out at one phone and four linked devices, nobody knows who replied, and messages from Instagram, Messenger, email and the website stay scattered. The solution: WYP.chat connects to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and brings these channels together in one place. Every conversation has an owner. The team works with internal notes, labels, quick replies, opening hours and tracked response times. The number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone. Who it is for: trades, shops, restaurants, estate agents, professional firms and small-business customer service teams in France and Spain. App and help centre in French, Spanish and English. Key features: WhatsApp campaigns to opted-in contacts, with Meta-approved templates, A/B tests and follow-ups. No-code scenarios, 16 of them ready to install. Customer cards with stages, segments and CSV import with consent records. Dashboards. Coucou and Allô AI agents on website chat, handing over to the team as soon as they are unsure. Alerts and replies from Slack. What is different: unlimited users on every plan, including the free one. One flat price per business, from EUR 0 to EUR 199 a month excluding VAT. Messages billed by Meta are paid directly to Meta, with no markup.
