What do you dislike about Wyng? There are a couple of areas that I would recommend for improvement: • More gamification formats that align with our product type—such as scavenger hunts, crossword puzzles, word scrambles, or word searches—would expand our creative options. • AI support within the platform would boost productivity. What problems is Wyng solving and how is that benefiting you? Wyng allows us to move quickly, implementing self-service experiences into our overall marketing strategy. From a data standpoint, Wyng enables us to proactively capture zero-party data - such as customer preferences - feeding our CDP and enriching profiles in our data warehouse. I've been using Wyng primarily to create landing pages for the artists in my company, and it's been an invaluable tool for managing and tracking various promotional activities. Whether it's for giveaways, concerts, showcases, or merch drops, Wyng provides a flexible and user-friendly platform that allows me to quickly build and customize pages to fit each campaign's unique needs. The ability to track engagement and activity on these pages is a significant advantage, as it gives me real-time insights into what’s working and what needs tweaking. This has helped streamline our marketing efforts and ensure we’re connecting with our audience effectively. One area where Wyng could improve is its customization options, while extensive, sometimes feel a bit limiting without advanced knowledge of web design or coding. Another challenge is that integrating Wyng with other tools or platforms we use can be a bit cumbersome at times. The absolute best thing about Wyng is their customer support. Any issue or snag me or my team has run into, the Wyng support team has gotten back to us in record time and gotten it fixed without additional stress. It's also been fairly easy to onboard and use compared to similar platforms, which has helped my team tremedously with new hires and role transitions.
