High level of customization using different data sources, ability to create datasets and even build a report using custom sql query. Dashboard visualizations are diverse and highly granular. Map visualizations are not rich enough. It only works by state, not by city level. International map support with granularity up to the city would be really helpful for demographic visualizations. The reporting platform continues to evolve and keep up with changes in technology; the support team is solid and responds quickly, and the product team listens and responds to feedback and product needs. We are not yet using the latest version of the custom report designer, my biggest concern is that the report designer we are using while quite powerfull is not very intuative for new users that just want to quickly build a custom report.
