What do you like best about Wunderkind?

Fast onboarding and time to launch without a heavy level of effort in our internal teams. Very easy to make changes to creative and run tests because Bounce X takes care of it all. "Powerful tool with excellent customer service."

What do you like best about Wunderkind?

One of the features I like most about this software is its excellent account management and quick response times to address the changing needs we have. In addition, email personalization has a great ability to display email products directly linked to what a previous customer was browsing the site. What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

Although they are excellent for designing and implementing emails, improvements and updates are limited in some cases. I think it would be a good alternative to allow access to the browsing and buying behaviors collected from customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wunderkind:

I recommend BounceX to e-commerce companies direct to the consumer. Its capabilities are naturally aligned with companies that seek to optimize the experience of their website at all stages of the funnel for customers. What problems is Wunderkind solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using BounceX throughout the company. We take advantage of them to re-market to customers who visited the site or left items in their cart by email. In addition, BounceX is helping us capture emails on our site, which has been helping us build our lists. Finally, we partner with them to help boost urgent purchase within our customer base. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

Their team. I was tasked with improving web performance as a whole – working across multiple departments with an array of stakeholders, all with specific goals in mind. Sarah, my consultant at BounceX, has done a marvelous job helping me navigate these waters. We are able to collaborate and thinking both creatively and analytically to develop experiences that have proven extremely successful. BounceX, as a tool, has allowed us to bring all of those ideas to life – with minimal development on my side. Any digital marketer knows how valuable this is. Reporting has been a challenge, however our company structure is unique. The Business Journals is comprised of 43 Brands, all with unique products and guidelines. We have seen the greatest benefits by leveraging the identity cloud and BounceX's email platform to greatly improve the performance of our abandoned cart and navigate remarketing emails. There are no major issues so far, the only thing I would mention is that we do not have visibility of the site behaviors that BounceX is using to display the personalized emails they are running for us. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

I had worked with BX for many year in last company. They were consistently one of the most cutting edge thinkers when it came to understanding how to monetize site traffic, leverage remarketing tactics to nudge a user toward an incremental action. As a digital first tech company, it was fantastic to have an platform like BX that could help us understand how to optimize our traffic and drive incremental profitable revenue growth. Not only are they able to provide strategies and tactics that have proven revenue impact, the client success team’s are also very involved in the day to day, bringing together different knowledge spheres to help their clients get industry leading best practices. What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

I generally don’t have any major dislikes. The BX Platform is not for everyone; its best suited for companies who have a focus on understanding and monetizing their customer base and have product/tech teams that can’t move as fast or have different priorities. I recommend working with the BX Client Team to help sell in the platform to internal stakeholders as their data and strategies are very compelling and immediate. For my business, it was to understand who my visitors were, and be able to drive incremental revenue of the abandoners in a way that wasn’t intrusive but also provided a relevant offer/communication.
