Using Wunderkind is all about driving more revenue through behavioral email and SMS flows. Their identification tech leads to more send volume on our highest converting flows. We've also been lucky to work with awesome account managers that know our business well which is a plus. I've utilized Wunderkind at my last 3 brands so that tells you something. I've used Wunderkind mostly while being on Salesforce Commerce Cloud but we are now migrating to Shopify Plus and have a new Shopify app that greatly reduces the level of integration effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wunderkind? The biggest objection is always price as it is priced of the revenue they are driving versus a flat fee. There are many low priced solutions on the market that do some of what Wunderkind does, but doing a true A/B test is very difficult. Beyond that, we've had some minor issues in the past with the ability to exclude items or make certain customization. Because their service is white glove, they've never had the greatest customer facing portal but they are currently improving those things and adding more self-serve features. Wunderkind allows us to identify a much higher percentage of our website visitors that we'd be able to with an OOTB Klaviyo integration. Wunderkind has the most helpful reps that assist every step of the way without being pushy. The Wunderkind team is super collaborative and thoughtful. They will stick with you from campaign planning to launch and post-campaign, ensuring all goes well. In addition to that, their capabilities are strong and there are clear differentitators for other partners. The upside is that their engagement is proven to surpass benchmarks due to post-click content and high impact ad types, the reps are helpful and responsive, the process is easy and light on the agency/client, and the publishers are premium. We need to improve ways to get the client to think more creatively. A checklist or automated tool where the client can input their goals/ideas and then receiving automatic ideas or examples would be nice to have as some of our clients are not creative savvy and don't have creative teams that understand how to utilize the high impact space.
