Wunderkind is still seen as the best ID resolution partner for site retargeting emails (cart/browse abandon) even as tech changes. Their people are good to work with and they're making strides in providing a user-friendly platform to give clients more autonomy over their campaigns without abandoning their hands-on service model. Their ID graph solution is a black box and I am not certain that the changes in online security measures and changes to cookie rules are not hurting their match rate.
