"THE form builder for the technical and non-technical users!"
5/5
What do you like best about Wufoo?

I've used WUFOO for years and am continually impressed by its user experience. It's quick and easy to build forms, reports, and notifications. It's an absolute must for any non-profit out there!

When creating a form, you have the ability to quickly drag and drop your questions. Wufoo comes with several question types that can help you collect information quickly. Once completed, you'll have the option to embed your form, on your webpages! They look awesome on Wordpress, by the way!

Their customer service is outstanding as well! We had several issues with other form builders and contacted their team for support. They were not only quick to respond but also very helpful! After they joined forces with other companies (like Survey Monkey), we choose to continue to use Wufoo for surveys because we love it!

As a non-profit (or any industry really), it's a valuable tool in your arsenal to become a more effective organization. Highly, highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

It's hard to find something I don't like about Wufoo. If I had to be picky, I'd say branching and logic. They work great but wish it was on the same page as the form builder itself, instead of clicking to a different page. However, our team has used it for years with no issues! "The cloud is easier to use."

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I like the Wufoo system because it allows me to save all the information on our computers and the main source of information for the company keeps all the information protected in a cloud system where our entire database is much easier to find the information. more effectively because with your tools I can search for any information in a faster way with the search engine and as well as make service research payments all these processes are carried out in a much simpler way with the Wufoo system I like how it works and the tools so varied that it offers us. What do you dislike about Wufoo?

A negative point that the service may have is how slow it can be to upload the information or an improved database in the cloud can be due to various factors, a lot of information, data research or duplicate information, all this can affect when uploading the information. in the cloud but it is very slow and I think it can improve, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Dynamic Form Builder for Websites"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wufoo?

Wufoo allows you to make forms in an easy-to-use interface. The best part comes in the branching logic and notifications though! If you have a large organization that needs some automation when it comes to forms, Wufoo can handle it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

I wish there was a way to pay for more file storage or integrate it with something like dropbox. We often ask for files in our forms but those files are large and the limits restrict what we can and can't upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

The ease in which you can create forms is also what I loved about the app, as all of its functions are very well thought out and designed. This helps you create contours without the need for arbitrariness or complex systems, and in a very way that any user doesn't quite know if they've used such a project before they have any problems using app. It also allows you to select responses from such a wide variety of fields, helping the end user to fill out the form more confident due to the difficulty and accessibility they face. What do you dislike about Wufoo?

There aren't many stuff I can say I haven't liked this technology, it usually provides all that aims to offer anything in the best way possible. One of very few things against someone is its smartphone experience, it isn't as sensitive as I expected so you might claim it isn't fully configured, it poses abrupt glitches and it's a little clunky in general. The default context provided by the form was n’t appealing at all, it looks old also there is no way to customize a new one that would be used as that replacement. What do you like best about Wufoo?

The simplicity with which you can build forms is what I enjoyed about the software, as all its functionality is really well thought through and structured. This helps you to build shapes without ambiguity or complex processes, and in such a manner that every user does not know if they have ever already used such a program before they have no issues while using the app. This also helps you to pick responses from a wide range of areas, such that the end consumer is more relaxed filling out the questionnaire due to the complexity and usability they experience. What do you dislike about Wufoo?

The only problem I've have had Wufoo was its endless shifting of updates in thirds, we've been using them for years as a free alternative, yet all of a suddenly would have to charge to proceed on doing what we're doing from the outset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wufoo is VERY easy to use in order to spin up forms quickly. I've been using it with several companies and projects that i've worked with, it's priced right and always seems to solve the need. What do you dislike about Wufoo?

The style of the website could be changed. Looks like a game page instead of a professional survey website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I can fill out a form and have it go to many different parties.

This way - with one simple action - everyone instantly knows what to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

From my experience - Wufoo has met our needs. I am not aware of any downsides - though as all softwares go - I am sure that there is room for improvement.

For example - I feel that the form interface could use some improvement.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does what we wanted, integrated with our CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wufoo?

It was quite easy to integrate with our Nimble CRM. Once a form was completed the information was immediately available in Nimble with the right status in the funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

Nothing really. It was pretty simple to develop a form and integrate it with our Wordpress web-site. Perhaps they could make it a bit easier to develop the form and associated responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great set of features to conduct any type of market research through online forms."
3/5
What do you like best about Wufoo?

I loved the varied and useful functionalities it provides, it has metrics that allow to have a data insight such as the response time between each question, user profile, degree of consistency of the answers which avoids the use of bots. It has an anti-spam system that doesn't let emails containing your forms end up in your customers spam folders, causing them to lose a huge amount of unfilled forms. It really is software that provides a toolkit of functions that facilitate and improve the experience of creating and filling online forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

Customer support is very slow to contact you back, it was necessary to send you up to twice the same question in which I could get answered by one of your agents the next day, so they do not offer a responsive service at all although it should be noted that they do offer me the assistance I needed and the right solution to the problem I had. Its mobile application presents sudden glitches when browsing its functions and some slowness in some cases so it notices the lack of optimization that it has and need to fix.
