## Wufoo Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Setup and Integrations, But Feels Outdated and Hurts Completion Rates

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison K. | Customer Support/Scheduling Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It's simple and easy to set up. Integrates with payment systems easily. Embedding Wufoo onto our website was simple. Tons of templates to choose from. Easy to integrate with zapier to complete workflows. Pricing is low, at only 19$ a month.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Wufoo does not seem modern and up-to-date. Low completion rates. Issues with spam submissions. No support or help desk. It's limited to email response, so difficult to get help immediately. Lacks deep AI intelligence and insights, which has been a plus with other companies.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to embed onto our website. Easy to integrate with payment systems to collect donations.

  ### 2. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia D. | Programs Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Easy to use. Intuitive. Can imbed forms on your website. Can have a copy of a completed form emailed to more than one person.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Can be a bit clunky of an interface, and hard to navigate to automated responses.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed an easy way for people to submit donations and to update their addresses.

  ### 3. One of the more powerful form softwares available, with some minor datedness.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronnie V. | Freelance Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The ability to easily create forms, with advanced branching and logic is one of the main reasons we have stayed with Wufoo as our form builder. The tie in with many other apps like mailchimp, zapier and webhooks makes the possibilities almost limitless.

The user interface is basic and easy to use, it could use some updating. The power to quickly create a new form with minimal fuss and be able to embed or send it out quickly to gain results is a big plus. No matter what webplatform you use for your website, they provide the embeddable code to easily embed any form, whether you use Wordpress, Custom HTML or even a WYSIWYG builder like Wix, Squarespace or any other builder you use.

If you are looking for a good solid form builder Wufoo is defintely a good choice. If you know what you are doing CSS wise you can easily customize the look of your forms as well. They have added the ability to take payments which for some may be very beneficial withing your form for event registrations or even classes.

You can make anything happen with a complicated form and conditions, yet the backend is needing an overhaul to make it easier and visually pleasing.

You can easily export form submissions to CSV or Excel files. If you use a system like Zapier you can easily and automatically export your submissions into Google Sheets or whereve you would like.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The platform is starting to feel a little dated and clunky compared to some of the other form softwares out there. The ability to stylize & even reporting needs an update. The user interface is basic and easy to use, yet is lacking at the same time. It is starting to feel dated and not as responsive as it should.
When dealing with larger forms or reports things can get a confusing due to the dated layout and lack of responsiveness within the browser.

Reports are not as robust or powerful as one would hope for with complex forms. The report builder needs a huge overhaul to help make pulling the data in a visual way easier. Not much has changed in the look/feel of Wufoo over the last 10 years. Hopefully they will update this powerful form builder soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you need a powerful Form Builder and can look past the datedness of the backend Wufoo is a great choice. The ability to customize is limitless.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Wufoo for quite a few years as they were one of the major form builders that have been around for a while. We needed a way to gather information and details quickly and easily on our website with foolproof solution. Wufoo has provided that for us. We are able to gather information from potential and current guests. It has allowed us to easily embed multiple forms across our website and even emails.
I defintely feel that despite it's lack of current design trends and behind the scenes look/feel/ease of use it is still one of the most powerful form creation tools available, with the ability to take payments, auto notify various people or even take specific steps depending on various answers that your users input. The options are unlimited.

  ### 4. Reliable Form/Survey Builder

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

-Easy to build forms and surveys using this platform
-Can create visual reports with results of your surveys (bar graphs, pie charts, etc.)
-Can share specific forms and surveys with various users on the account. This kept the interface clean for those who only needed access to specific forms rather than flooding their view with every form and survey our dept ever made.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

-The report builder had character cut-offs that sometimes led to me having to abbreviate the question that was used in the survey to make it fit as a title to a chart. This can be tricky when a question is lengthy.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Gathering info from users in our database or visitors to our website

  ### 5. Wufoo is fine but a bit dated

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle T. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is easy to use, set up simple survey questions and replicate similar surveys season to season or year to year.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Wufoo looks dated and doesn't feel like a modern platform, which doesn't aide in brand credibility. I think other tools look more modern.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Consider if free solutions meet your needs.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo is a tool I've used to help quicly collect information and garner feedback from customers and business partners.

  ### 6. Intuitive, professional-looking forms

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana R. K. | Assistant to the Dean, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I've found the interface to be user-friendly and intuitive to use. This makes a big difference during the form creation process. I particularly like the option that allows for adding mouseover tips related to specific questions. Wufoo makes it easy to customize the look of an individual form sufficiently while maintaining a standard look across forms.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Wufoo provides limited functionality at the free level. The lowest price tier is not wildly exorbitant, but the cost is enough that my supervisor asked me to discontinue our subscription once we subscribed to a different data collection service (SurveyMonkey) for other purposes. We are now utilizing the tier of service that is free because the price was greater than the benefit it provided to us given the other tools we have access to—both free and paid.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you're looking for a decent number of aesthetic customization options, email notifications, payment processing functionality, etc., this is probably a good product for you as long as you're willing to pay for it. If you only need basic information collection functionality, something free like Google Forms will likely serve you just as well as Wufoo at the free level. If you're looking for extensive or confidential data collection and analysis tools, you will need something more along the lines of a traditional SurveyMonkey account. Essentially, Wufoo is the middle ground between Google Forms and SurveyMonkey when it comes to online forms.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo allows us to collect and download information efficiently via a professional-looking public-facing form. We use this service for more formal employee and student information collection (nothing confidential), while we utilized other tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) for either more or less confidential data collection.

  ### 7. Wufoo! Very Cool!

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I can fill out a form and have it go to many different parties.
This way - with one simple action - everyone instantly knows what to do!

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

From my experience - Wufoo has met our needs. I am not aware of any downsides - though as all softwares go - I am sure that there is room for improvement.
For example - I feel that the form interface could use some improvement..

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you need a software like this - I would definitely recommend looking into Wufoo!

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem that all the various departments were not notified when an employee would leave the company. Now the Payroll department, management, IT, etc. all know as soon as an "exit" form is filled out.

  ### 8. Great set of features to conduct any type of market research through online forms.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John F. | Web Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I loved the varied and useful functionalities it provides, it has metrics that allow to have a data insight such as the response time between each question, user profile, degree of consistency of the answers which avoids the use of bots. It has an anti-spam system that doesn't let emails containing your forms end up in your customers spam folders, causing them to lose a huge amount of unfilled forms. It really is software that provides a toolkit of functions that facilitate and improve the experience of creating and filling online forms.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Customer support is very slow to contact you back, it was necessary to send you up to twice the same question in which I could get answered by one of your agents the next day, so they do not offer a responsive service at all although it should be noted that they do offer me the assistance I needed and the right solution to the problem I had. Its mobile application presents sudden glitches when browsing its functions and some slowness in some cases so it notices the lack of optimization that it has and need to fix.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo is a software that adapts particularly better in small companies or startups that are very busy taking care of your budget at the same time of incorporating the best tools according to your quality-price ratio, after having said this I can recommend this application to any business owner who is looking for the points explained above in addition to offering customizable qualities in both the creation and design of shapes, a wide variety of payment methods and plans that adapt to the requirements of any user.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a marketing company like the one in which I work which has a significant number of customers who want to carry out market research to be able to count on software like Wufoo has allowed to be more productive and efficient in the delivery and design of online forms that meet all the needs no matter how specific Wufoo is responsible for providing a set of options and features that manage to meet and even exceed all the expectations that you have when opting for a tool like this to the same time that leaves behind the old assumption that filling surveys is a boring task.

  ### 9. Good surveying platform if you want a little more control than Google Forms or Survey Monkey

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

This software allows me to dig deep and design every aspect of the form, which is sometimes valuable to make things look professional and consistent with our website and branding. In addition, everything can be easily exported into Excel files.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The look of the website is old-fashioned and clunky. I hope soon to see something more streamlined and fresh. Functionally, everything is fine, although I do wish there were more options to parse apart that data other than a mass excel file. Sometimes it's tedious to have to export it into a spreadsheet every time I want to fiddle with or filter the data.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you can by using Google Forms or Survey Monkey, I recommend doing so because they are so easy to you. But if you, like me, need more control over the data and design, Wufoo is a good option.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo helps us collect reports from students and teachers, process grant applications, and we also use it to process RSVPs. I think we could actually find a better way to do the RSVPs, but for the reports, I like that we have a clean way to collect data. Our grant applications are filled out by hundreds of outside entities and organizations, so Wufoo helps us present something that looks professional.

  ### 10. Wufoo Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Summer Academy Staff/Photographer, Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Very easy to use to create forms for different projects/organizations.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It is hard to gather information off of it sometimes. The submissions by the same person don't get merged together; another form is created and it can cause some organizational problems. The forms are somewhat difficult to create your own way. There isn't much room to change or adjust somethings.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Do some research when looking into creating forms for your organization. Wufoo is decent but I think it can be improved significantly to cater to needs of your organization.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our application, reference and team forms for our programs. It is nice that we can gather all the information via email. We have easy access to all the information gathered.

  ### 11. Wufoo - easy to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin M. | Admissions Counselor, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is VERY easy to use, both to set up forms and for users to complete them. Any email addresses submitted via forms become auto-linked for administrators to see and immediately email on the back end. This makes communication on an individual basis very easy.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Once a form has been completed, it is a bit of a process for admins to search through completed records to find all the information you may be looking for. When exporting data, it becomes difficult to navigate everything that comes over, as Wufoo assigns its own information in columns along with all of the information you might need to sort through. An open-ended platform that has no direct integration with a current CRM makes entries in Wufoo difficult as well. If users who submit a form are unsure of anything (like a specific ID number), then it becomes difficult to match each form to a correct user within our company's CRM. Every question on each form is visible to administrators, even questions that do not appear when the user is completing the form. This further inundates the administrators when looking through submissions, as each form has questions left unanswered (since the user was never presented with the question).

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Look at several options with companies, especially focusing on the ability of each data point to be manipulated on the administrative end.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a group that hosts several events, Wufoo helps us with the registration process and allows attendees the ease of registering with a simple form.

  ### 12. Nice and Easy

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew F. | Chief Technical Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It works the way it is supposed to and it is easy for a novice to figure out. Has several ways to use integrations with 3rd party services and can notify you via text message or email of new form submissions.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It has limitations like a limit on the number of fields a form can have.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

I would try and find another company to use we have had several problems with not being able to make the forms as long as we like.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us create contact forms and surveys for our numerous clients. The forms are easy to deliver to our clients and the notifications are great.

  ### 13. Simple way to gather information- Wufoo

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Executive Recruiter, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Creating form fields and sending out the form is extremely easy to do. The way you receive information is also very user-friendly. Easy to digest and can easily sort out information. Great for what we needed as far as gathering information from existing clients and making adjustments to product accordingly. Bottom line is that the biggest pro to this product is the simplicity it offers when creating a form which means for users that might not haveas much technical experience, they can still reap all of the benefits of using the product

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Not very aesthetically pleasing. Seems somewhat outdated compared to competitors. Would be great if there was more to do with it as well. It seems very simple by its nature which i suppose is how it was meant to be designed but with other competitors doing more it might be falling behind . the support system also isn't the best

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

if you need a basic way of setting up questionnaires and having it compiled into an excel sheet then this is the way to go. If you don't have much technical experience with computers or other software programs then wufoo is the way to go. They have many custom templates that make it easy to dive in and create a form

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

gathering data from customers or prospects. Based on feedback we got we were able to enhance out product or pivot into a different market

  ### 14. Fine but not exceptional

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah S. | Vice President of External Affairs, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo works fine and provides a basic, clean interface.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Nothing exceptional about it... I’m a fan of minimizing the number of different platforms and services used at work, and it’s hard for me to see why Wufoo should be used when plenty of other services that do the same thing are already integrated into most workplaces.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RSVPs to conferences and events. Clean, straight-forward for young and old

  ### 15. WuFoo review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

it allows us to create and change our application easily

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

What I dislike about Wufoo is that it costs too much to make a change. Sometimes we have quick changes but put them off, so that we can request all at one time.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

receiving online applications . It is way easier to quote!

  ### 16. Easy-to-Use Form Builder

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I primarily use Wufoo to build out different types of forms. The drag and drop features make it easy to build a form within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It is sometimes very cumbersome to build out forms with a lot of logic. If this, then this. I wish there was a way to easily duplicate a rule across several options.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage requests a lot easier due to the form builder and easy bulk export feature.

  ### 17. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie C. | Marketing Manager, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It's very easy to use and the site itself looks very cute.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I don't see the benefit of using this over Google Forms, which is a free service. Wufoo isn't too steep, but it's still a monthly fee.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Do not sign up if you want the URL to vary per questionnaire. We had this issue when we wanted the forms to each have an imprint or company name listed in the URL. You'd have to purchase a separate Wufoo account per URL.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead acquisition and management.

  ### 18. Gets the job done with minimal effort

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Content & Training Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like how easy it is to create a form. It doesn't take too much effort to get things done effectively. I like it a lot for that.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I don't love the style controls. The designs aren't my favorite. I tend to go to Jotform when I need something more clean looking

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you need a simple to use product to get basic information from one place to the next, wufoo can get it done well.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for communication between teams when deals go through.

  ### 19. Wufoo Woohoo

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like the ability to be able to have people register for events and complete surveys.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I wish the user experience was updated and there was an easier and cleaner embed in WordPress.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had more sign ups for events and a greater attendance than in previous years.

  ### 20. Decent Software, Lots of Quirks

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randall J. | Marketing Director, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It's very easy to build basic forms with the drag and drop ability and it's easy to pull submissions.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Setting up rules can be tedious. I wish there was a better way to set If, Then rules up without having to manually enter each combination.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of events and need a lot of different forms. Wufoo makes it easy to duplicate similar forms and update accordingly.

  ### 21. Wufoo is great for quick surveys

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat L. | Health and Fitness Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It was extremely easy to use. I was able to copy surveys and pop up new ones in a very short time frame.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I disliked the fact that the paid version could be done on google forms— for free. Also the layouts were not unique or personalized. The surveys felt cold.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

I don’t actually recommend wufoo unless you don’t want to create a google form.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to determine what people wanted from my services thanks to surveys, as well as what they were struggling with.

  ### 22. Great for Basic Needs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It is an easy, drag and drop platform for your simple forms and applications that also has a know name

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The service doesn’t allow for individuals to save their process and come back so they must complete it in one sitting- making it not great for longer forms.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for quick in house forms and reports for documentation and request forms.

  ### 23. Wufoo use review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jahna E. | Brand Strategist & Business Consultant, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like the simplicity of wufoo as well as the options it has to imbed to websites and email campaigns

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It's not the prettiest of platforms for surveys, the ability to change themes, ad logos and images, perhaps even scrolling video would be ideal for us!

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an overwhelming response to local and national musicians applying to be on a youtube video feature channel we've created called LIVE @ Higher Ground. Wufoo was a great option for those applicants.

  ### 24. Very confusing to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Benefits Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I liked that it populated data for us, it was neat to be able to see also everyone that had signed up for information through us

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It was difficult and often confusing to use

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Hold an informational meeting with all staff on how to use, it can be very confusing for folks

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to send out a large email communication, and we were able to target specific groups to get our information to

  ### 25. Provides basic capability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I needed to create some forms in a hurry and it was easy to use

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It is limited in what you can ask. Not able to customize form.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a lead capture form for my website

  ### 26. Former User

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Easy to create the form and send out the link.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Our company does not use this program anymore but I believe that it wasn’t as easy as it could be to pull data in different formats.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used to collect data for programs and or events.

  ### 27. You can try it. A good platform for creating poll, but it needs some improvement.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Super simple to utilize also adaptable will fabricate parts of separate manifestations.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like that Wufoo is a reliable tool to generate forms and store submissions. We like being able to export and include the form as html into our marketing website so that it can be completely customized to match the look and feel of our brand. It's also really nice that it integrates well with MailChimp, our email marketing platform.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Wufoo's interface is kind of dated and sometimes requires a lot of clicks. But, the general functionality let's us accomplish what we're trying to achieve - forms and form submissions.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Wufoo, we're creating lead and blog subscriber forms on our website and then collecting and storing submissions in our account.

  ### 31. Solid form creation tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Great branching logic, just enough features. Solid embedding options for sharing, using with other websites

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Form styling looks dated, very cumbersome to customize, hard to implement with custom CSS, or blank form.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Worth comparing with Google Forms

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User collection for feedback tool

  ### 32. Feature rich but complicated

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2015

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The versatility of Wufoo forms are great, they link well with Zapier, Salesforce and Mailchimp and the notifications and logic are easy to setup.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

We've managed to highly personalise wufoo forms in the past but it's not an easy task and requires a high level of css knowledge to achieve. Styling has also been an issue, compared to what you can do with something like ninja forms.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Do a MVP test first along with some of the other forms in this category, before you commit to Wufoo. The features are good but it takes some work, so make sure it's right for you before putting in a lot of time.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a menu as well as a simple contact form and newsletter subscription.
Managed to create a quote form, allowing customers to tell us what they intend to order, without having to commit to the purchase.

  ### 33. Wufoo- Straightforward but dated

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is very straightforward and has a highly interactive layout. The layout is simple and the language used by the developers is funny and engaging for more redundant type of tasks (i.e. creating the surveys). The pricing is quite reasonable and the pricing plans offer a wide range of features even at the most basic plan. There is also a value plan that is robust and cost-effective. I like that the product can be used for survey, reporting, content management and analytics. The product is also great for editing and building templates that are customizable.
Additionally the payment process is simple, and they have the option of paypal. The best features are the: price, simple layout, ssl encrypted, storage and many common partners making it seamless to use the platform. Having the ample cloud storage is a big plus, that comes with each plan ( varies in amount, depending on plan.)

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

the surveys and the product website are dated in feel and design. the website does not look modern and in turn the surveys do not look current. This could be a drawback if the content of the user is modern/current and they want to remain consistent with their brand. The overall look and design of wufoo seems behind its' parent company- SurveyMonkey. Also navigating the data in the cloud storage is not as clear as it could be during the onboarding process.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

I recommend to try Wufoo as a simple alternative to googledocs and surveymonkey.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

business problems solved are: cloud storage, mass surveys, and customizable surveys in content, theme and design

benefits realized are: the options of content management, the option of content partnering, the option of reporting and analytics.
