Extensive documentation through their website. Great support and the product has many ready-made plug and play capability that help you configure it to your organizational needs. Its ability to cater to a variety of use cases is helpful. One of the use cases we deployed this was to set it up as a federated identity server so the internal product doesn't have to individually connect to external IDPs but can allow it to be centralized in WSO2 IS. We have an on-premise solution and so the security updates, system updates and maintenance require some dedicated support both from the internal team as well as WSO2 support. WSO2 IS is highly customizable and we have been able to manage and maintain the product using an in-house development team by only taking the WSO2 subscription support. Because we had implemented the WSO2 IS for our online banking product, but now need to integrate it with API Manager.
