We managed to centralize the entire Identity and Access Management with WSO2. WSO2IS fit best based on the customization we needed as we had different partners and customers. Being a Security product WSO2IS helped us in improving the Cyber Security Baseline score. Quite descriptive Doumentation. Security updates are based on the latest threats. Since it is open source and extensible, it can be customized to meet the specific needs of Vodafone. What do you dislike about WSO2 Identity Platform? Migration from one release to another needs improvement. Also, database migration support across different DBs needs to be more seamless. Components were doing local authentication with no interaction with central IDM. Enabled federation, which resulted in a great jump in CSB score. Centralized Authentication and Authorization increased the security of our IOT Platform. Federation with other IDPs is seamless. I'm impressed with the way it handles the different authentication protocols. SSO is the way we implement all the accesses in our organisation WSO2 has made this problem easy to solve.
