I appreciate that WriteUpp stores everything in one place, so I don't have to worry about having information scattered across different platforms. I like how easy it is to input a note or an expense on the app when I'm out and about on visits, which I can do quickly and it saves me a lot of time when I get back home. This feature really helps me keep up to date with notes and expenses on the go, and it helps me stay focused on my next sessions, making me more productive. I was looking to make a switch in my practice, and the setup is easy. It’s more intuitive than Owl Practice, and the customer service has been quick, knowledgable and there when I need it. I don't have to wait hours or days to get a live person for support. I was able to transfer client files securely and without much hassle. The pricing is also extremely competitive. There were a few small issues when transferring client files. The main one is that WriteUpp requires a specific .csv format for importing files, which means I have to spend extra time making sure the .csv from my previous provider is set up correctly. It would save time if I could customize the import to match my incoming file format. I really like WriteUpp because of the ease it offers, especially compared to having paper notes everywhere. The platform provides easy access at a click of a button, which makes being organized a whole lot simpler. I also love how the customizable templates give me the freedom to edit them to my needs, a feature that is simply a huge bonus and not something available on other platforms. I think it's really valuable that the templates can be adjusted to suit individual needs, making it easier for everyone to use them in their way. Besides that, the staff's responsiveness is excellent; having someone on the phone or via email who provides that personal touch means a lot, especially since I've dealt with many other platforms where it's just a bot or AI. It's reassuring to know they're always there to help, and that truly makes a difference. I use WriteUpp as a therapist with student counselors for booking appointments, note keeping, and securing data. I love how much you can do on it, especially with the pre-made forms and worksheets that my students can send to their clients before sessions, saving time and being paperless. The readily available forms like the GAD and PHQ are fabulous as they automatically trigger to clients' inboxes through the diary entry. The worksheets, especially CBT ones, are helpful as everything is in one place. I would love to collate data as an organization specifically on outcome measures. It would be handy for me to have data that could prove the effectiveness of my students' free therapy sessions. It's annoying for me as I don't have the time to sit and go through each student's client list and obtain the data or know how to collate it as described above.
