I don't have to wait hours or days to get a live person for support. I was able to transfer client files securely and without much hassle. The pricing is also extremely competitive. There were a few small issues when transferring client files. The main one is that WriteUpp requires a specific .csv format for importing files, which means I have to spend extra time making sure the .csv from my previous provider is set up correctly. It would save time if I could customize the import to match my incoming file format.
