"great copy"
5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

We needed a way to see where we actually stood when people asked AI assistants about our space, not just where we ranked in traditional search. Writesonic lets us track the same questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and the Google overviews, so we're comparing apples to apples instead of guessing. The competitor view was honestly more useful than I expected — seeing exactly which prompts surface them but not us made it clear where our content had real holes. We've already adjusted messaging in a couple of places based on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

The interface took a day or two to feel intuitive, but once you know where things are it's straightforward enough. It's nice to have actual data instead of the occasional manual check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Writesonic Speeds Up Content Creation with Solid First Drafts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

I like best about Writesonic that how quickly it helps me create content. I've been using it for several months, and it saves me a lot of time by generating solid first drafts for blogs, emails, and social posts. It helps me overcome writer's block and makes the whole writing process much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

I dislike about it that the content can sometimes sound a bit generic, especially when I'm writing about topics I know well. I usually have to spend extra time editing the text so it matches my writing style. I have also noticed sometimes that longer articles repeat the same points or include information that isn't completely accurate, so I always double-check facts before publishing anything important. "Unmatched AI Visibility Platform with Fast Insights and A+ Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

This platform is unmatched compared to all of the AI visibility platforms I've demoed or used. Excellent UI, great AI integration to help you actually get work done. But what sets them apart is their deep knowledge of SEO and Content Marketing, which informs all of the amazing out of the box data views you get without needing to export anything, custom build views, etc. You can hop into the platform and get insights FAST. Our teams now use this platform daily to find opportunities for clients. I use it for almost every new business pitch, too.

Writesonic also has amazing customer service and an overall very customer-centric brand. They have incredibly fast turnarounds on requests and new ideas from our team. And very quick implementation if there's ever a bug. They are such a friendly and fast team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

Nothing, really. Bugs occur now and again but that's the case with every software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Experience"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

We track about thirty prompts across our product category and this tells us when we show up in AI answers and when we don't. The cited pages view was the most useful part for us — we could see which blog posts were actually getting referenced and which ones weren't making the cut. That helped us figure out what to update first. The visibility score gives us a number to track over time, though we're still learning what movement in that metric really means for traffic. If you need to know where you stand in AI search results this does the job without much setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

Nothing as such. liked the experience quite a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

While Writesonic can generate content quickly, the quality is not always perfect. The output can sometimes feel generic or "robotic," and it may require significant editing to align with a specific brand voice or to add a human touch. Fact-checking is crucial, as the tool can occasionally produce inaccurate or repetitive information, especially for niche or complex topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Experience with Writesonic"
5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

We started using this to figure out where our brand actually shows up when people ask AI tools for recommendations in our space. It tracks the same questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity and a couple others, which matters because the answers are different everywhere. Turns out we had decent visibility in one assistant and almost none in the others, so at least now we know where the gap is. The competitor comparison is helpful too, you can see exactly who's getting mentioned instead of you on specific prompts. It doesn't tell you how to fix the problem, just shows you the current state clearly. That's been enough for us to start making decisions about content and outreach we wouldn't have made otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

The platform has too many things in one place, making it difficult to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive AI Visibility, But Limited Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

I like the built-in feature that can scan my site, identify the main categories, and give me a list of prompts based on existing queries. Their AI visibility tool is very comprehensive, allowing me to track prompts in LLMs, get an overview of where citations come from, and understand competitor performance. I'm able to look at different data like branded and non-branded content, visibility differences based on LLMs, and share general metrics with clients for reporting. The action center is very good despite some limitations. Overall, it's very thorough with all the data I need, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

Some features are blocked or limited with my $500 plan, which I think is a bit unfair, like the action center where I can only see 5 items to address. I feel like asking to jump to the Enterprise Plan is a bit too much. Maybe remove some of the content creation features to offer more there, because at the end of the day, we don't use it for content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Content Tool with Great Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

I use Writesonic to track and improve AI search visibility, draft new content, and fix website issues. Writesonic bridges the gap by providing helpful content generation and repurposing tools. It's an incredible platform that provides everything you need in one dashboard, with filters to find what's most important. I like the interactive tools like Chatsonic and Fin, which help me polish content effectively and answer questions on the spot. Writesonic is constantly innovating, and the team is always available to help—whether through Slack, email, virtual meetings, etc. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and their support team, especially Sabrina, is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

There are some features missing that would be nice to have, but I've communicated this with the Writesonic team, and they've been great about keeping us in the loop with any product upgrades. The product dashboard can be a little complicated at times, but again, the Writesonic team is always available to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Content Creation and Strategy Effortlessly with AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Writesonic?

I love the way Writesonic makes it really easy to write articles. It helps create strategies on comprehensive keywords and organic competitor research, and it helps me know what time saved is. Content creation is great - it helps create articles, references, keywords, outlines, CTA, and FAQ. Once I put my writing style in, it allows me to adopt my work and gives me more freedom to see what it looks like. Writesonic can repurpose and optimize text from AI to humanized, which is a really good tool. There's an action center that allows me to see mentions on higher authority third-party sites and UGC communities. It helps boost content visibility and refresh existing content AI visibility. Using AI, it scans competitors and analyzes how we can improve our way of working to improve our AI Search Visibility. It's really easy to use and visually appealing with a great UI, making it easy to create new content, optimize existing content, and manage SEO and content workflows. The dashboard gives a clear view of what to focus on next. Setting it up was really easy, and the customer service person who activated it with us helped show us the best ways to use it. Overall, Writesonic works really well for me, and I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Writesonic?

It may not be as tailored to updating writing and different blogs. It would be cool if it could also help create webinar and punk titles from the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
