"Wrike has made our ticket and project management easy and efficient! "
5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I love that we are growing the adoption of Wrike within our organization so we can all have visibility across teams. Having all teams centralized in one platform helps cross-function collaboration and improves organization and visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I'd love to send emails externally to multiple people, and have an access level that can send external emails but can't adjust the settings of anything else in the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thank you so much for your positive review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike has made ticket and project management easier for your team, and that you find the platform flexible and user-friendly. It's great to know that moving away from spreadsheets and manual checklists has streamlined your workflow!

We appreciate your feedback about emailing external contacts. Currently, Wrike’s email notifications are primarily designed for users within your workspace, but we understand how helpful it would be to CC external stakeholders who need visibility. While there are some workarounds—like sharing task links or exporting updates—your suggestion is a valuable one, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team for consideration in future updates.

Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of the Wrike community!

"Flexible Project Management, Simplified Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike is widely used across all departments in our company, and on the Marketing team, it helps us manage campaigns and internal projects effectively. I really like its flexibility; it allows us to stick to some legacy processes while optimizing others with automations. Additionally, Wrike could get complex but it's still easy to use. I appreciate that the company is continuously looking for ways to improve. The support team at Wrike made the initial setup straightforward and easy, which is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I would recommend Wrike to build out a note taking app for meetings. Brief In-Take meetings happen weekly. It would be great if we can document our meetings and add them to a new project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid for visibility, limited for operational complexity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike was easy to pick up and pretty straightforward to use. It gave us a simple way to organize tasks, assign owners, and see status without digging through emails or spreadsheets. For basic coordination, it worked well and didn’t require a lot of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

It worked fine at first, but once our workflows got more detailed it started to feel clunky. Some things took extra clicks and we still ended up tracking pieces in spreadsheets. It just didn’t handle complex operational work as smoothly as we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Project Management with Room for UI Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I use Wrike for project management as a senior client implementation manager. It really helps in managing multiple projects and implementation projects, especially since we're working on upgrade projects for all our clients. Wrike enables us to collaborate effectively on project management and develop specific task lists, which is crucial for driving the projects for our customers. I like the search functionalities and the ability to track time on projects to understand our resource allocation better. We've also integrated it with Spekit from an AI perspective, which helps provide guidance through projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

In regard to improvement, I think some of the interface is a little bit crowded, when we look at spaces and look at what's available there. It just gets a little bit crowded. Sometimes people look to see and get clear clarity on my priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Workflows with Automation, Dashboards, and Real-Time Visibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

What I like best about Wrike is its flexibility—it adapts perfectly to different teams and workflows. Features like custom request forms, automation rules, and dashboards make it easy to centralize projects, reduce manual work, and gain real-time visibility across all our brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

There’s not much to dislike — Wrike has been a great fit for our team. If anything, we’d love to see even more AI and visualization features added in the future to make reporting and workload tracking even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Task Visibility, but Onboarding a Large Team Is Challenging"
3/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

Ability to tag team members into various task lists for visibility and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

There are so many functions within the UI, with several nuances when working in the platform. It is hard to onboard a large team and to get full team buy in given this. A more streamlined training and functionality or different levels of user access may help to onboard team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Still browser-first"
3/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

The app performance does seem to have improved a bit in terms of speed, but functionality is relatively unchanged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Email notifications still come several hours, or up to a day, after the chat messages are sent. App push notifications notify me of new messages, but don't say from whom or in which space. The user experience still feels very browser-first overall with the mobile app lagging behind, or mainly serving to direct me to the browser to check things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wrike Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I really like the fact that you can add subtasks and tag multiple assigned/unassigned employees. Is nice to be able to break out larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

It would be nice if Wrike fully integrated with NetSuite, google, and AI meeting notes.

if they do, I have not seen it and would like to be notified about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

"Intuitive and User-Friendly Project Management with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I find Wrike very user-friendly with its intuitive design that makes it easy to understand how to do anything within the application. I also appreciate the features that can be added in reporting and the visuals for dashboards. The analytical boards and dashboards are easy to use for reporting, and the onboarding procedure made the initial setup super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

There should be some formats that can help to plan and execute strategy-related execution. For simple task follow-ups it is easy, but when you need to go further for KPI tracking you hit the rock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thanks for sharing your experience after several years with Wrike!

It’s great to hear that you appreciate the slick design and user-friendly interface, and that Wrike helps you organize your work in a way that’s easy to visualize and follow. Good customer support is always a plus, too.

Your point about the consultant onboarding period is really insightful. Having more time to explore Wrike and figure out your team’s specific needs before using up those onboarding hours could definitely make the process more effective. Maybe supplementing the initial onboarding with follow-up sessions or access to additional training resources would help users get even more out of the platform.

Glad to know Wrike is boosting your performance, tracking, and management. If you ever want tips for ongoing learning or have ideas for making onboarding even better, feel free to reach out!

"Wrike is a great way to stay organized and check that team members are completing tasks."
4/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I like that I can look ahead and see my tasks coming up or throughout the month. I also like the different options to change the status of the tasks. It is convenient to change the status, then leave a comment so others on the team know what is left to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I think Wrike could go back to being able to change the status of a task on the main page instead of having to click into the task to change it. Cause when I go back to the main page, it resets how my main page was set up. If I had next week's tasks closed, it has them open again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike helps you and your team stay organized and makes it easy to keep everyone updated on task progress. The ability to change task statuses and communicate updates without individual outreach is something we’re proud to offer.

We understand your frustration about needing permissions to organize your assigned tasks in your preferred way. Your input is valuable, and we’re always looking for ways to improve flexibility and empower users within Wrike. If you have specific suggestions or needs, please let us know—we appreciate your insights!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and helping us make Wrike better for everyone.
