"Flexible Viewing, Needs Better Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I like the different options for viewing, like the Gantt chart, which makes it flexible for team members to choose whatever view works best for them. I also find the new automations helpful. Wrike serves as a single source of truth, providing visibility into work status and keeping us on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Some aspects of reporting are not great. It's hard to get exactly what I need sometimes. I wish it had more reporting capabilities around user groups and request form submissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"brief experience, moved on quickly"
2/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

i liked the organization and ability to view tasks and organize my tasks and projects as well as have my teamwork on various projects. i used the free plan which is very limited Its good for maybe personal task management, ut not for much more. overall i liked it, but many features are behind a paywall where on ClickUp its all free (and cheaper to upgrade). take a look at my review on ClickUp for more. What do you dislike about Wrike?

I havent used it in a while, i tend to use clickup more than anything now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thanks for sharing your experience and for highlighting both what worked well and where Wrike fell short for you. We’re glad you found value in the organization and task management features, and we hear your feedback on limitations of the Free plan, UI intuitiveness, and built-in tools like time tracking and notepads.

Comparisons like yours help us improve, and we appreciate you giving Wrike a try—even if you ultimately found another platform that better fits your needs.

"Effortless Project Management with Powerful Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike is a dependable project management tool. The best about Wrike is its strong Ease of Use, making it simple for teams to adopt quickly. We use Wrike for task management across all projects, and it offers excellent Ease of Implementation with smooth setup of workflows and automation. The platform supports high Frequency of Use as we rely on it daily for task updates and progress tracking. It also delivers a strong Number of Features, including dashboards, reporting, and collaboration. The Ease of Integration with other tools is seamless, helping teams stay connected and improving productivity. Wrike is efficient, structured, and easy to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I feel Wrike could improve automation for approvals. Whenever a task is approved, it should automatically move from the QA Approved folder to the Completed folder. Although automation rules exist, this needs to be easier at the user level, as manual movement feels hectic in high Frequency of Use scenarios. The platform already supports multi-selection and bulk actions, but task routing to QA could be more streamlined without repeated steps. We’ve also noticed latency issues on weekends, impacting performance at times. The rest feels good due to strong Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Customer Support, Number of Features, and Ease of Integration, which keep us using it daily. "Intuitive Project Organizer with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

I use Wrike to effectively manage and organize the projects I am working on. With Wrike, I can easily organize my time and keep track of the activities I have completed and those that are still pending. It provides clear visibility on deadlines and the days left until the next delivery, which is invaluable for maintaining a structured schedule. I particularly love how intuitive it is; even those who are not familiar with the software can create new projects with all necessary items and subitems, including adding team members to collaborate seamlessly. Furthermore, it serves as a great work tracker, enabling supervisors to monitor how their teams develop their work daily and whether they are achieving their proposed goals. This functionality brings immense clarity and accountability to project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I feel that Wrike could benefit from having a reminder feature, such as an alarm or email notification for upcoming deadlines. Additionally, it would be helpful if Wrike could provide recommendations on how to organize my time effectively within a project, using budgets and active items from previous work. The initial setup took time, as creating spaces for each team and standardizing project organization for the entire company was somewhat challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Single Source of Truth"
5/5
What do you like best about Wrike?

We implemented Wrike in our creative agency over three years ago, and it has transformed the way we manage work. What started as a tool to streamline project intake quickly became the backbone of our operations. Wrike allows us to centralize requests, track projects from start to finish, and create greater visibility across teams through dashboards and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

My only complaint is that I have failed to see new features and tools released as requested by the community. There are huge threads of customers asking to see certain features implemented, and the Wrike team always assures us they're being worked on. I recently searched for a solution and discovered that someone had asked for the same feature to be built once monthly since 2017. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
