## Wrike Reviews
  ### 1. Helps collaborative work, but lacks some critical features.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime H. | Director Regulatory Affairs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It's a very good tool for cross-functional work because it supports collaboration, task tracking, and reporting across teams. It is greatest flexible so users can customize dashboards, workflows, and task views to match how their teams work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is not as intuitive as other platforms and does not offer ways to build a lightweight database or visually organize data using grids.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have always had problems managing cross-functional collaboration. Wrike centralizes tasks, files, and conversations in one place, reducing the need for scattered emails and meetings. Along with a lack of cross-functional collaboration is a lack of insight into deadlines, prioritization. We use Wrike to manage workflows, task dependencies, and deadline alerts. Teams are more able to stay on schedule and focus on the right priorities.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike is supporting your cross-functional collaboration and helping your teams stay organized, manage workflows, and keep track of priorities and deadlines. It’s great to know that customizable dashboards and workflows are making a positive impact on your team’s productivity.

We appreciate your honest comments about the platform’s intuitiveness and the need for features like lightweight databases or grid-based data organization. Your suggestions are valuable, and we’ll share them with our product team as we continue to enhance Wrike’s flexibility and usability.

If you have any additional feedback or would like tips on optimizing your current setup, please let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

  ### 2. Great Project Management Tool for Teams, Takes Time to Master

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve I. | Enterprise Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike simplifies complex project management with customizable tasks, real-time updates, and strong collaboration tools. Dashboards and reports offer great visibility, and integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and Teams help streamline work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike has a steep learning curve, and the interface can be confusing at first. Some features, like advanced reporting, are only available on premium plans. Customer support could also be faster for urgent issues.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps centralize project planning and execution, reducing reliance on scattered tools like spreadsheets and emails. It improves cross-team visibility, streamlines task tracking, and helps us deliver projects on time with fewer blockers.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

  ### 3. I use Wrike everyday

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the flexibility/level of personalization and that everything is in one place, projects, tasks, files, deadlines.. It helps avoid the constant back and forth between Gmail-Slack and Excels. I love automations and the Gantt chart view that i use quite often to share a timeline with my customers and have a clear top level view.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I wish the Workload chart had a day view that shows availability hour by hour.

And it takes some time to really understand how to use all features, but once you get the hang of it it’s really powerful :)

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track support requests during deals, create easily requests for IT helpdesk via forms, and stay organized with my 1:1s with my manager. I also use it to share info with customers in a clean, structured way. It keeps everything in one place.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for being a daily Wrike user! We’re thrilled to hear that the flexibility, personalization, and all-in-one workspace are making your workday smoother—especially with features like automations and the Gantt chart view. It’s great to know you’re able to keep everything organized and easily share timelines with your customers.

We appreciate your feedback about the Workload chart. A day view with hour-by-hour availability is a fantastic suggestion, and I’ll make sure to pass this along to our product team. We’re always looking for ways to make Wrike even more helpful for our users.

We also understand that Wrike has a lot of features, and there can be a learning curve at first. If you ever need tips or resources to get even more out of Wrike, our support team and help center are always here for you.

Thanks again for sharing how Wrike helps you track requests, collaborate with your team, and stay organized. We’re grateful to have you as part of the Wrike community!

  ### 4. Wrike: Want to love it but doesn't love you back

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The new AI feature has been helpfull in finding task. But looks like access is limited based on your lic status. Also Custom feilds look to now start working as filters

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Continue to work on allowing Custom fields to integrate into calendars and Filters. Also open up Custom Calendars to filter in less restrictive ways

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike does not solve my problems

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your honest thoughts about Wrike.

It’s good to hear that the customization options—like custom categories, labels, and dashboards—are useful for your team. Having the ability to tailor the platform can be a big advantage.

On the other hand, it sounds like there are quite a few areas where Wrike isn’t meeting your expectations. Describing the experience as “daunting” and pointing out issues with filtering, subtask order, dashboards, and note-taking gives a clear picture of the challenges you’re facing. The feedback about licensing limitations and the calendar functionality is also helpful to know.

It’s understandable that these hurdles can make the platform less enjoyable to use, and it’s clear that Wrike isn’t currently solving the problems you need it to. Comments like yours are valuable for highlighting where improvements could be made.

If you have any specific suggestions or examples of what would make Wrike work better for your team, those insights can be really helpful for ongoing development. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

  ### 5. Wrike is great once you get the hang of it, but it isn't visually pleasing or easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennie E. | Integrated Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that I can put projects in various folders. I like that I can add fields to help get the exact info I need. I like that I can see the timelog view, the gantt chart and the list view. All of those are very helpful in my daily processes.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't like the visualness of wrike. I don't like the search feature. No matter how hard I try, sometimes I just can't find what I am looking for! I don't like that the list view is going to go away.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that we can track time in wrike for both the employee and for the project. That is making my life so much easier. Thank you!

  ### 6. I have had a decent experience with Wrike.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica W. | Associate, Paid Social, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how the communication is clear while working with offshore teams. I also enjoy how I get alerts in my email inbox regarding updates in Wrike, whether that's a task being completed for a comment being added.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think crossing over to using Wrike for more tasks has been an adjustment. I am used to communicating mainly through Teams and Outlook with my internal team and Wrike solely for offshore. However, as I practice and learn different parts of the platform, it has become easier.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has solved ease of communication with workers in different time zones. It has been a great place to have all of our correspondences in one place and keep each other up to date on status of tasks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike helpful for clear communication with offshore teams and for receiving timely alerts. We understand that transitioning to using Wrike for more tasks can be an adjustment, but we're happy to hear that it's becoming easier as you practice and learn different parts of the platform.

  ### 7. Organize the way you like while your colleagues organize their own way

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheilah K. | Senior Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love the integration with email, so I can make tasks right from my inbox. Additionally, it is great to be able to organize my work in a way that makes sense to me and not have to worry about how others want to manage their work. I can just invite them to a folder or task that we need to work on together. It is also helpful if we do have a shared project, I can quickly send them a note if something is behind or I need an update.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't like the name. Sometimes, I think it would be nice to limit the features for newer staff as they seem to get overwhelmed.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping multiple projects in one place. aligning calendars across projects.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s email integration and flexible organization options are making it easier for you to manage your work in a way that suits you, while still collaborating seamlessly with colleagues. It’s great to know that features like folder sharing and quick communication help you stay aligned on shared projects and keep everything organized in one place.

We appreciate your feedback about the platform name and the abundance of features, especially for new staff. We understand that Wrike’s robust functionality can feel overwhelming at first, and your suggestion to limit features for new users is a valuable one. We’ll share this with our product team as we continue to look for ways to improve the onboarding experience.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If you’d like tips on onboarding new team members or streamlining the interface for beginners, please let us know—we’re here to help!

  ### 8. Fairly simple to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karina c. | Senior Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

"Wrike helps me stay organized by providing a central location for all project-related information. It eliminates the need for scattered emails and spreadsheets, making it much easier to track progress, manage deadlines, and collaborate with my team

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when working on complex projects with many tasks and subtasks. It would be helpful to have more options for customizing the view and hiding unnecessary information

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves the problem of lack of visibility into project progress. The Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and dashboards provide a clear overview of project timelines, milestones, and task status. This benefits me by allowing me to track progress effectively, identify potential risks, and take corrective action before they impact the project's success.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're really glad to hear that Wrike is helping you stay organized and giving you a clear view into project progress. It’s great to know that features like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and dashboards are supporting your ability to track timelines and manage risks effectively.

We also appreciate your input on the interface. We understand how important it is to maintain clarity, especially with complex projects, and your suggestion about more view customization is helpful. Feedback like yours plays an important role in shaping future improvements.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for making Wrike a part of your project management process!

  ### 9. Organizational Greatness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail P. | Creative Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

This has helped our company stay on track with several projects that are all going on at the same time. I feel like Wrike's functionality increases my team's productivity as well as keeps projects on their correct timelines. I am the one that is in Wrike the most as our company's project manager and I find it very helpful to keep track of the endless projects we have going on.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some of the functions are not as user friendly as one would think. There is so much to do with Wrike that sometimes new functions are hard to translate into what actually needs to be done for the company.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is benefiting me because it has a detailed list of projects and who is assigned to those projects. I know who is on track to complete projects and what projects are delayed and/or cancelled.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike has been instrumental in helping your company stay organized and productive, especially when managing multiple projects at once. It’s great to know that Wrike’s functionality supports your role as a project manager by providing clear visibility into project timelines and team assignments.

We appreciate your feedback about some functions not being as user-friendly as expected, and how the wide range of features can sometimes make it challenging to translate new tools into your company’s specific needs. If you ever need help with onboarding new features or want tips on customizing Wrike to better fit your workflow, our support team and the Wrike Discover training platform are always available to guide you step by step.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. If you have any questions or suggestions for making Wrike even more intuitive, please let us know—we’re here to help you and your team get the most out of the platform!

  ### 10. Wrike is useful for planning and tracking work. I can't imagine my day without Wrike.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glorija M. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I like most is that I can clearly define the themes of the works, and divide them into albums. But the best part is seeing the current tasks section. It's important that I can set the dates and the importance of the work. As a marketing specialist, it is also interesting for me to see my colleagues' current tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes I get lost between albums, when I go to my tasks elsewhere and filter the active tasks, they show different ones, some are missing. Information is not synchronised across the board. No clear section for completed tasks.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps with tracking work, but most importantly it helps with time management, an essential tool for the modern worker. From a global perspective, I think an employer can see an employee's progress, see how long it takes to do certain tasks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear how Wrike helps you organize your work, set priorities, and keep an eye on both your own and your colleagues’ tasks. Having that level of visibility and control is so valuable, especially in a marketing role where things can change quickly.

I understand how it can get confusing when navigating between albums and filtering tasks, especially if things don’t always sync up or if completed tasks aren’t easy to find. One suggestion is to use custom filters or dashboards to create a more consistent view of your active and completed tasks. You can also try setting up folders or tags to help keep everything organized and easier to navigate.

It’s clear that Wrike is making a difference for your time management and overall productivity. If you’d like any tips for organizing your workspace or making task tracking even smoother, just let me know!

  ### 11. Great Way to Stay Organized as a Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole G. | Social Media Content Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike makes it easy for teams to stay organized by providing clear statuses that teams can set up. For example, we set up a web-specific project flow that has automations for everything from getting copy approved to getting it approved by different departments. This project management tool is highly customizable. The hands down best feature in wrike is the ability to comment on screenshots.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are so many features that it's hard to keep track of them all.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving the problem of workflow management across our team and in our individual projects. It makes projects move to completion easier.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike is helping your team stay organized and that you’re making the most of features like customizable workflows and screenshot commenting. It’s great to know that automations and clear statuses are making your project flow smoother and more efficient.

We understand that having so many features can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you ever need help discovering the right tools for your team or want tips on streamlining your workspace, our support team and resource center are always here for you.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for choosing Wrike to support your team’s success!

  ### 12. Great product for coordinating teamwork and managing deadlines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The interface is intuitive. It has a minimalist/clean and logical layout with clear overviews. It's easy to prioritize tasks with the help of Wrike. Love the seamless integration of all our Sharepoint documents into the platform along with co-editing capabilities for easy collaboration. It's very helpful to be able to access from mobile when not at my desk.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a big learning curve, it can be hard for new team members to get used to the platform. Notification management can be an issue. I only use Wrike for about 30% of my workload so it can be hard to keep track of things on Wrike without logging in occasionally. Some team members rely too heavily on making updates in Wrike but do not send emails or direct messages with urgent work, this can lead to urgent changes getting missed.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating multiple departments to work in sync. Really helps avoid email overload.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s intuitive interface, clean layout, and SharePoint integration are making collaboration and task prioritization easier for you and your team. It’s also great to know that mobile access is helping you stay connected when you’re away from your desk.

We understand that the learning curve can be a challenge for new team members, and that notification management is important—especially when Wrike is just one part of your overall workflow.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for choosing Wrike to help coordinate your team’s work!

  ### 13. User-Friendly Interface That Stands Out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Our end users find it easy to navigate. The UI is more user friendly compared to similar platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The data and reporting are a little clunky. The data model they use for their projects and tasks makes it difficult to pull meaningful data.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us manage 1) projects, and 2) the ability to intake requests.

  ### 14. Wrike is Essential to Our Daily Operations and a Key Driver of Our Cross-Department Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I Like Best:
What I appreciate most about Wrike is how seamlessly it brings our entire organization together. The platform makes it incredibly easy to collaborate across departments, maintain visibility into every stage of a project, and prioritize work efficiently. The AI features are especially powerful — helping us automate repetitive tasks, forecast potential delays, and stay focused on high-impact activities. I also love that Wrike is constantly evolving; the regular software updates not only keep the system fresh but also push the boundaries of what we expect from project management tools.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

What I Dislike:
While Wrike has been transformative for our business, the platform can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, especially for new users. The flexibility and depth of features mean there’s a learning curve, and it can take time for teams to fully understand how to set up projects and workflows in the most efficient way. That said, with a bit of onboarding and continued use, the payoff is absolutely worth it.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving several critical problems for us — primarily around project visibility, cross-departmental collaboration, and operational efficiency. Before Wrike, it was difficult to track projects across teams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that everyone was aligned. Wrike gives us a centralized workspace where all projects, tasks, and communications live, so nothing gets lost and everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. The benefit to us has been huge: faster project delivery, better resource allocation, and stronger collaboration between departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development. It’s allowed us to scale much more effectively and maintain a high level of execution as our business grows.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike has become essential to your daily operations and is helping drive cross-departmental growth. It’s fantastic to know that features like AI automation, project visibility, and regular updates are making a real difference for your team and supporting your ability to collaborate and prioritize work efficiently.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve. We understand that Wrike’s flexibility and depth can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. We’re always working to make onboarding smoother and to provide helpful resources so teams can get up to speed quickly and make the most of the platform’s capabilities.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community and for sharing how Wrike is helping your organization scale and succeed. If you ever have suggestions or need support, we’re here to help!

  ### 15. The Wrike Stuff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a great platform for project management, especially for large and remote teams. Easy to understand and dive into, much more so than some competitors like SmartSheet.

Wrike's ability to version control documents in the review process is fantastic and allows us to iterate creative copy seamlessly. I use it daily now and don't miss other platforms I use to use like Asana or Monday.com.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Like many Project Management softwares, Wrike can appear to be overwhelming at first, and maybe it is.

Wrike could do a better job of having starter documentation available for new users, many of the intricacies otherwise have to be learned on the job.

Not as inviting of a UI as something like Asana.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We go through long rounds of creative copy review and Wrike does a great job of setting up Review Tasks automatically, integrates with SharePoint so documents are clean and workable and has a nice reporting system so I know who has reviewed what and when the deadlines are.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike is making project management easier for your large and remote teams, and that features like version control and review tasks are helping you seamlessly iterate on creative copy. It’s great to know that daily use of Wrike has made your workflow smoother and that integrations like SharePoint and robust reporting are adding value for your team.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the initial learning curve and the UI. Your suggestion for more accessible starter documentation is especially helpful, and we agree that making onboarding easier for new users is important. We’re always working to improve our resources and user experience, and your input will be shared with our product team.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing how it benefits your creative review process. If you’d like tips on onboarding resources or have suggestions for making the UI more inviting, please let us know—we’re here to help!

  ### 16. Collaboration and organization at its best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke L. | Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike streamlines the company workflow! I started working with Knorr just over a year ago and Wrike was new to me. With a little demistration(and some notes) i was ready to use Wrike in no time! The Ease from moving from Job to Job and how to search , have dashboards has been a piece of cake. I am on wrike for 100% of my jobs checking in with each step to move onto the next. I can see when others tasks are due as well as look for link and uploaded documents. I have not had to use customer support but when my company had a Issue it was fixed quickly.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes I need to minamize my screen to use a scroll bar in some of the areas that i am in. I find its harder to use when just on my laptop than when I am connected to the bigger screens.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is giving me a schedule to work with. I was not in marketing before working for Knorr so I am not aware on how these tasks even moved arround the company before. I can only imagine they had to have a lot of in person meetings.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike's ability to surface dependencies and streamline complex processes. We understand the challenge of transitioning from existing tools and are committed to helping our customers make the adoption process smoother.

  ### 17. Controlled Access Ensures Security and Relevance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It's controlled access makes sure that only relevant people can view specific sections.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

At times, it's difficult to figure out why we're unable to access a ticket, the error messages are too generic

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use wrike to deal with our implementation teams who don't use any other applications.

  ### 18. All Professonal Service Firms and Architects need this!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andria R. | Principal Accountant and Firm Owner, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Cross-referencing conversations, tasks, and other streams of consciousness. Building a PM tool based on folder tree and project structure that can be customized to any need.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Long-term annual contracts. I wish they would allow month-to-month agreements in their Pinnacle product.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves the problem that email brings. The freedoms of email create issues when trying to organize conversations by a particular project. Wrike allows us to start project conversations int he right place so they can be manged in one area but can also be cross referenced to multiple difference places. They can also be turned into assignable tasks, time tracked, and repeated where needed. Having in app tools to add comments and mock up PDF's while in the same conversations is gold. We can easily communicate and get to results with this PM tool that allows for easy email and mobile app communications.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear how Wrike’s flexibility and project structure are making a difference for your team—especially in professional services and architecture, where organization and cross-referencing are key.

It’s great to know that Wrike is helping you move away from scattered email threads and bringing all your project conversations, tasks, and files into one easily managed space. We love hearing that features like in-app comments, PDF markup, and customizable folder trees are helping you streamline communication and get results faster.

We appreciate your feedback about contract flexibility, too. We understand that month-to-month options can be important for some teams, and we’ll be sure to share your input with our team.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for recommending Wrike to other professional service firms and architects. If you ever have more feedback or need support, we’re always here to help!

  ### 19. Versatile and scalable project management software with user-friendly, customizable dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda S. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

That we can add collaborators to help improve stakeholder engagement and communication by providing them with access only to the items that they need to see. The dashboards are also an excellent feature that provides customizable data in a user-friendly format.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The inefficiency of the timer. We would love to be able to use this feature as a way to track colleagues' time on a project but it is not very feasible to do this with the timer's current setup.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management and process improvement. This has helped our company ensure that the smallest tasks do not fall through the cracks. It is a great way to ensure that we are meeting our and exceeding our client's expectations.

  ### 20. Works great and is very organized and easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Plastics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been evolving since we started using it. They are always improving features and rolling out new updates. They make it easy to keep up too by including pop up tutorials related to new changes when you run into a new feature.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think the filter feature could be improved a little. When using a filter to see only your scope of work on the main jobs space the list becomes faded and just doesn't stand out bright and easy to read like it normally does. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication was an issue from one person to the next staying up to date. That has been resolved with wrike.

  ### 21. Wrike Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I particularly appreciate about Wrike is its ability to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of my productivity, both on a daily and weekly basis. This feature allows me to not only monitor my progress against deadlines but also gain valuable insights into my time allocation. By highlighting which tasks consume the most of my time, Wrike empowers me to identify potential bottlenecks, optimize my workflow, and make more informed decisions about how I prioritize my responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One area where I've experienced some challenges with Wrike is its performance when multiple team members are actively using the platform simultaneously. During peak collaboration times, I've noticed occasional lag or slowdowns in responsiveness. This can sometimes disrupt the workflow, particularly when quick updates or real-time collaboration are needed. Addressing these performance fluctuations would significantly enhance the overall user experience, especially for teams that rely heavily on Wrike for concurrent task management and communication.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Wrike really helps solve the problem of keeping my work organized and actually seeing how productive I am. Because of it, I can manage my daily and weekly output much better. Plus, it gives me those helpful insights into which tasks are taking up the bulk of my time, which is super useful for figuring out how to work smarter.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback and insights! We’re glad to hear that Wrike’s centralized platform has made it easier for you to log daily tasks, provide clear updates, and give your manager real-time visibility into your progress. It’s great to know that this transparency is helping your team stay aligned, streamline communication, and quickly identify any potential roadblocks.

We appreciate your honesty about the platform’s speed. We understand how important it is for Wrike to be responsive, especially when you’re logging tasks throughout a busy day. Our team is continuously working to improve performance and reduce loading times. If you notice specific patterns—such as certain times of day or actions that seem to trigger slowdowns—please let us know, as this information can help us address the issue more effectively.

If you’d like, we can also share some tips for optimizing your workspace or connect you with our support team to look into your account’s performance. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. We’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike!

  ### 22. Powerful system with many options for customization.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is powerful and takes focused time to learn and get the most out of it. The onboarding training and support -- both custom support with a human and the "canned" learning program (videos and documents) -- are terrific. Wrike staff are very supportive throughout.

The workflows, blueprints, and automations are fully customizable to fit our needs best, and together with the project intake form have made our work more efficient.

The reports, calendars, and dashboards also have helped us be more efficient (we used to manually create reports and calendars for stakeholder check-ins), and are enabling us to create much more visibility across our organization into our work and their projects with us.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Not really a "dislike," but something to be aware of...

Because Wrike is so powerful and complex, it has been a challenging change for many of our internal stakeholders. We also are using the change (from Basecamp) to refine our own project management practices -- i.e. shift from a simple To-Do checklist (Basecamp) to a project timeline with clear task dependencies and approval processes.

It's a lot of change!

As good as the onboarding, training, and support are, there isn't as much training available that's tailored JUST for Collaborators...who don't have the same views or permissions as full Users. So, when we share links to help pages with Collaborators, it's not as helpful for them. We had to spend time on video calls so they could show us what they're seeing or trying to do in order to help them with their questions.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline marketing project management to make us more efficient (less manual work); better reporting and sharing functions so internal stakeholders have greater visibility into our shared work.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re delighted to hear that Wrike’s powerful customization options, onboarding resources, and support have helped your team become more efficient and improve visibility across your organization. It’s great to know that features like customizable workflows, blueprints, automations, and project intake forms have streamlined your processes, and that reports, calendars, and dashboards are saving you time and effort.

We appreciate your honest perspective on the challenges of transitioning to a more robust system, especially for internal stakeholders who are used to simpler tools. Change can be a lot to manage, and it’s insightful to hear how you’re using this opportunity to refine your project management practices.

Your point about training for Collaborators is especially valuable. We understand that their experience is different from full users, and that more tailored resources could make onboarding easier for them. We’ll share this feedback with our team as we continue to improve our training materials. In the meantime, if you’d like, we can provide some best practices or quick-reference guides specifically for Collaborators to help bridge the gap.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike is helping your marketing team work more efficiently and transparently. If you have any questions, need additional resources, or want to share more feedback, please let us know—we’re here to support your continued success!

  ### 23. The interface usuable, system fast but finding specific items under certain tabs can be challenging.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ceren E. | Department Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I appreciate the user-friendly interface and the notifications being sent via email, which eliminates the possibility of missing any alerts. I also appreciate the ability to interact with team members from different countries and view their comments; I am satisfied with this feature.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I use the most basic parts, and it's not always easy to understand exactly where everything is located. I haven't fully figured out which sections are in which parts of the site. Apart from notifications, it doesn't provide a compelling reason for me to use it actively.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't used it to solve a specific problem yet, but it helps me see different ideas on topics, communicate, open tickets for my questions, and track assigned tasks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that you find the interface user-friendly and that email notifications help you stay on top of things. Being able to collaborate with team members from different countries and see their comments is definitely a big plus.

I understand how it can be tricky to find specific items or sections, especially if you’re mostly using the basics. If you haven’t already, you might find it helpful to use the search bar at the top of the page or bookmark the sections you visit most often. Creating custom dashboards or pinning important folders can also make navigation a bit easier.

If you ever want tips on organizing your workspace or making Wrike more useful for your day-to-day needs, just let me know. There are lots of small tweaks that can make a big difference! Thanks again for your feedback.

  ### 24. Wrike: the most essential tool in my project management role

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Now that I have used Wrike, I am not sure I could be as effective in a project management role without it. I appreciate the dashboard customizations, easy to use filter and search options, and ultimately, having all of my project notes, files, and due dates in one platform. Although I only just recently joined my company and began using Wrike, I believe it was easy to learn and adapt to.

(I almost wish I could have Wrike for my personal to do lists...)

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I'm not sure there is anything that I "dislike", but I have a few recommendations for improvements of the system (or, possibly, these are already features but I am not aware of them).

- I would love a way to "add" a comment to a task on my to-do active tasks list that can almost act as a sticky note for myself on the task and not be visible to others. For example, I have several tasks that are past due on my list, but it is due to external reasons that I would like to make note of for not only myself, but also so I can easily reference it during 1:1s with my manager.

- For the My to-do, I would also love some more customizations of the screen. For example, the list can only be all one color. I would love if I could have alternating row colors (such as light gray and dark gray) so I can more easily read each row.

I am sure I have other recommendations, but these are the two main ones I have noticed in my daily use of the platform (I am on Wrike 24/7). I will be sure to reach out if anything else comes up!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe the most substantial problem that Wrike solves is condensing everything for a project into one easy-to-use platform. If I need to find estimates for a report I am working on, I just simply search for it in my team's space where I can see who worked on it, when it was turned in, and any project relevant comments. This is far more intuitive than many other file sharing platforms where it is easy to get lost in folder after folder and know little information about the file I am reviewing.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful and enthusiastic feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike has become such an essential part of your project management workflow, and that features like dashboard customization, search, and centralized project information are making your day-to-day work easier and more effective.

Your suggestions for improvement are incredibly valuable:

Private Comments/Sticky Notes:
Currently, all comments on tasks are visible to users with access to that task, but your idea for private, “sticky note”-style comments is a great one. Many users would benefit from a way to jot down personal reminders or context that doesn’t need to be shared with the whole team. I’ll make sure to pass this feedback along to our product team for consideration in future updates.

More Customization for My To-Do:
Alternating row colors or additional visual customization options would definitely help with readability, especially for users who spend a lot of time in their task lists. This is another excellent suggestion, and I’ll share it with our development team as well.

In the meantime, if you’d like tips on organizing your tasks or using custom fields and tags to add more context, I’m happy to provide resources or connect you with our support team.

Thank you again for your feedback and for being such an engaged user! If you have more ideas or need help exploring Wrike’s features, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike—both for your work and, who knows, maybe even for your personal to-do lists one day!

  ### 25. Exceptionally User-Friendly for Businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ F. | Event Coordinatir, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Friendliness of the software. It is very user friendly for businesses

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Mobile application still suffers and needs refinement

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our organizational needs on projects

  ### 26. Enhancing Professional Services with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian G. | Director of Professional Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Optimizing our project plans and customer engagement opportunities with Wrike spaces and project cross-tagging fast-tracked our overall onboarding timelines, and provided a simple way to track team utilization on projects through subproject time log summaries. The differential blueprints creating new projects based on conditional fields in Salesforce via the Workato automation have given us much more control over scope-creep and capacity planning. Have to call out Wrike's success and support team, as well as their community, all of which ensure that there is a solution to almost any problem you throw at the tool.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is not a beginner's tool. It requires a clear vision of project structure and data hygiene across systems to implement effectively. The reporting functionality, in particular dashboards, is not as user friendly as similar tools in the space, although the robust support for custom fields allows for ad hoc reporting via .csv to external dashboarding tools.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding project creation is now automated based on specific data points in Salesforce, streamlining what used to be a manual task. Additionally, ad hoc project creation is triggered by data from Zendesk, simplifying the assignment process even further. These improvements have drastically reduced the time spent on administrative tasks and allowed my team to focus their efforts on more strategic activities.

  ### 27. We as planning team oftenly use Wrike to work with AdOps on trafficking items.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lola Z. | Media Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Easy interface to navigate
Organized by tickets/tasks

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While it is straight forward to navigate on the site and to manage tickets, I find it a bit hard to keep track or get live updates for activities that are undergoing within each ticket. Team memebers don't get notifications on ticket updates, even when manually choosing to follow the ticket.
Additionally, the ticket creation process can be a bit robust.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike provides a platform for us to work with our adops team on trafficking items. It's organized by tasks and tickets, providing easy to track update to ticket owners. And it also provides history of communications for teams to reference for future projects

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback! It’s great to hear that Wrike’s organized ticket and task system is making collaboration between the planning and AdOps teams more streamlined, and that the interface is easy to navigate. Having a clear history of communications is also a valuable benefit for future reference and project tracking.

The points about notifications and live updates are important. Staying informed about activity within each ticket is key for effective teamwork. There are notification settings and @mention features in Wrike that can help, but if team members aren’t receiving updates even when following tickets, it may be worth reviewing notification preferences or exploring automation options to ensure everyone stays in the loop.

Regarding the ticket creation process feeling robust, there may be ways to simplify it—such as using request forms or templates to standardize and speed up ticket entry.

If there’s interest in step-by-step guidance on optimizing notifications or streamlining ticket creation, let us know. We’re here to help make Wrike work even better for your team’s workflow!

  ### 28. Very helpful in maintaining task and project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreshtha G. | Media Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Everything is in one place, and you can tailor it to how your team works.
Whether you're managing a creative approval process, a marketing campaign rollout, or a product launch, Wrike adapts to your workflow—not the other way around.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It can feel overwhelming or complicated at first—especially for new users.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spend less time micromanaging and more time focusing on strategy and problem-solving

It’s easier to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share updates transparently

I have a clear view of priorities, so I can plan my day or week better

Helps me stay on top of multiple projects without dropping the ball

I can quickly pull reports or visualize timelines, especially useful for client meetings or internal reviews

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear how Wrike brings everything together for your team and adapts to different workflows, whether you’re handling creative approvals, marketing campaigns, or product launches. Having that flexibility really does make project management smoother.

I get what you mean about the platform feeling a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a lot packed in, and it can take some time for new users to get comfortable. If you haven’t already, setting up a quick onboarding guide or sharing a few favorite tips with your team can help everyone get up to speed faster.

It’s awesome that Wrike is helping you focus more on strategy and less on micromanaging, while also making collaboration and reporting easier. If you ever want ideas for streamlining your setup or making onboarding simpler, just let me know!

  ### 29. A smooth and visually pleasing project management experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I am a visually oriented person. I love the Wrike UI and the smooth flow between tasks and projects, especially the fact that everything is color-coded. Personally, I enjoy using the dashboards and analytics boards to track progress and overdue work.

I think the most attractive feature for me personally, is that there is a wealth of options when it comes to data visualization that are very simple to create and share with the team members. This easy to play around with, even for someone who is at a beginner/intermediate level.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

1. The tutorials for report creation, analytics boards etc can be a little more detailed and in-depth.
2. Sometimes, some data are inexplicable not pulled into reports/ dashboards and we have to resort to multiple tools to get a complete picture

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to track work and manage resources better. It has brought down time taken to complete projects by a large margin, thanks to better planning and foresight.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> I’m really glad to hear that you love the visual side of Wrike, especially the color-coding and the flexibility of dashboards and analytics boards. It’s awesome that you find it easy to create and share data visualizations—even if you’re not a reporting expert! We designed these features to be intuitive, so it’s great to know they’re making a difference for you and your team.

I appreciate your feedback about the tutorials and reporting. We’re always working to make our guides and help articles even more helpful and detailed. If you’re interested in taking your skills to the next level, we offer a Report Mastery Certification course that covers everything from the basics to advanced reporting and analytics in Wrike. While the certification isn’t free, if you reach out to me directly at karilla.dyer@team.wrike.com, I’d be happy to provide a path to obtaining a voucher for the course.

Thank you as well for mentioning the occasional issues with data not pulling into reports or dashboards. If this happens again, please reach out to our support team—we’re here to help troubleshoot and make sure you’re getting the full picture from your data.

It’s fantastic to hear that Wrike has helped your team work more efficiently and complete projects faster. If you have any other suggestions or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help!

Thanks again for being part of the Wrike community!

  ### 30. Great task management and assigning resource

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I can create, assign and manage tasks very easily. Working with offshore teams, it can sometimes be difficult to manage workload, however, Wrike allows me to create tasks with very detailed briefs and attach files to keep everything in one thread rather than have several emails or messages going all over the place.
Recurring tasks are a very useful tool as there are many tasks that needed to be completed each month and this allows us to have these ready without needing to brief tasks again.
Email reminders for tasks is also super helpful to ensure we meet deadlines.
It also gives visibility to wider team members of our workload to see if we have capacity to support on other projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When creating a recurring task, if the person who made it leaves the business the task still exists and only they can delete it, so i get emails for a while until the task expires.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall task and workload management of offshore teams that we do not see everyday.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback!

We’re really glad to hear that Wrike is making it easier for you to manage tasks, assign resources, and keep everything organized—especially when working with offshore teams. Features like detailed task briefs, file attachments, recurring tasks, and email reminders are designed to streamline your workflow, so it’s great to know they’re making a positive impact. The visibility Wrike provides into team workload is also a huge advantage for balancing projects and supporting each other.

Regarding your concern about recurring tasks created by team members who have left the business: this is a common challenge, and we want to help you resolve it. Here are a few steps you can take:

Reassign Ownership: If you have admin rights, you can reassign tasks (including recurring ones) to another active user. This way, someone else can manage or delete the tasks as needed.

Adjust Permissions: Check if your workspace settings allow you to edit or delete tasks created by former users. Sometimes, updating permissions can give you more control.

Contact Support: If you’re unable to reassign or delete these tasks, our support team can help transfer ownership or remove unwanted recurring tasks for you. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist!

If you’d like a step-by-step guide or need help with any of these options, please reach out—we’re here to walk you through the process and make sure you’re not stuck with unnecessary reminders.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and suggestions. Your feedback helps us improve Wrike for everyone, and we’re always here to support you and your team!

  ### 31. Wrike Isn't Always The Best Fit For My Work Load

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I think Wrike's calendar feature could be helpful for organizing projects that can't be shared with the entire office and need to stay within my department. My supervisor does not want to use it, so I can't begin logging our projects there, but other coworkers have used Wrike's calendar to share scheduled events for marketing purposes and it's specific enough that Google Cal or another software might not be as effective or clear.

We also use Wrike to communicate needs to our Facilities and Maintenance team, and it's a quick and efficient way to share photos and a description of whatever problem we're experiencing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes making checklists feels like duplicating the efforts of doing that specific task. I work on a major group project twice a year that has a lot of different components and moving parts. We've attempted to log those tasks in Wrike, but logging them individually in Wrike actually makes them more overwhelming and confusing to navigate, because there are also separate documents attached to each task. For overly complex projects, it's easier to use a spreadsheet checklist than to create one in Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department used Wrike to organize tasks within our larger project that are designated for one or more people in the office, so they would be able to keep track of their progress and be reminded of due dates. It seemed to work better than emailing each individual and attaching documents that way.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike’s calendar and communication features have been useful for your department and for coordinating with your Facilities and Maintenance team. It’s great that Wrike has helped streamline sharing information and keeping everyone on the same page.

We completely understand your concerns about managing complex projects in Wrike, especially when it comes to checklists and task organization. For projects with many moving parts, it can sometimes feel like logging every detail adds more work instead of simplifying things. Your experience is important to us, and we want to help make Wrike work better for you.

Here are a few suggestions that might help with your workflow:

Use Subtasks and Folders: Instead of creating a long list of individual tasks, try grouping related tasks into folders or using subtasks. This can help break down large projects into manageable sections and reduce clutter.

Custom Workflows: You can create custom workflows that match your team’s process, so you only see the steps and statuses that matter most—making navigation easier.

Table View: Wrike’s Table View can function similarly to a spreadsheet, allowing you to see and edit multiple tasks at once. You can also filter and sort tasks to focus only on what’s relevant.

Document Management: Instead of attaching separate documents to each task, consider using a central folder for project files and linking to them from tasks as needed. This can help keep everything organized and easy to find.

Templates: If you have recurring projects, Wrike templates can save you time by pre-building checklists and structures, so you don’t have to start from scratch each time.

If you’d like, we can set up a quick call or provide step-by-step guides tailored to your specific project needs. Our team is here to help you find the best setup—whether that’s optimizing Wrike or combining it with other tools you already use.

Thank you again for your feedback. Your insights help us improve, and we’re always here to support you and your team!

  ### 32. Using Wrike for Sustainable Systems Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a comprehensive project management software. I enjoy customizing spaces and having a clear outline for my projects. It makes tracking my work life easier, and I appreciate features such as Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and calendars for project management. Creating custom fields has been useful for my work and tracking different types of data. Wrike is always adding new features and integrations, and I like that they're focused on growth.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike can be a little less user-friendly to start if you're coming from another project management software. It requires some solid setup up and even after demos with Wrike staff, I was overwhelmed. They do have a large help desk/FAQ section, which I appreciated. I found that my colleagues needed a lot of direction and reinforcement to consistently use Wrike. Some of the integrations with other apps, such as Slack, malfunctioned at times, and it was hard to turn Wrike notifications in Slack on/off without error. Also, after moving a project board to a different space, all my custom fields and data were permanently deleted. This was incredibly frustrating.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management is complex and presents a host of challenges. Wrike solves this by leeping businesses organized and tasks streamlined.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike’s customization options, visual project management tools (like Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and calendars), and custom fields are making it easier for you to organize and track your work. It’s great to know that you appreciate our ongoing growth and the addition of new features and integrations.

We also understand the challenges you’ve faced, especially when transitioning from another project management tool. The initial setup and learning curve can be a lot, and we appreciate your persistence in working through it. We’re always looking for ways to make onboarding smoother, and your feedback helps us identify where we can improve.

Regarding the issues with integrations—especially with Slack—and the loss of custom fields and data when moving project boards, we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Here are a few tips and resources that might help:

Preventing Data Loss: When moving project boards or spaces, it’s best to double-check how custom fields and data will be affected. Our Help Center has guides on safely moving items and preserving data, and we recommend reaching out to support if you’re unsure about a specific action.
Integration Troubleshooting: If you experience issues with Slack or other integrations, our support team can help troubleshoot and provide step-by-step solutions. Sometimes, simply reauthorizing the integration or adjusting notification settings can resolve these errors.

We’re committed to making Wrike as user-friendly and reliable as possible. If you or your team ever need more tailored support or want to explore ways to optimize your setup, our Help Center and support team are always available.

Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us improve Wrike for everyone!

  ### 33. Product Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jiacheng Z. | Business Intelligence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike excels at streamlining product management workflows with customizable dashboards and task dependencies that are easy to visualize and manage. The ability to tag teammates, link tasks, and automate repetitive actions significantly improves productivity. Its integration with tools like Slack and Google Drive also boosts collaboration across teams.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The initial setup and onboarding can be overwhelming due to the range of features available. New users might find the learning curve a bit steep without training. Also, the mobile app lacks some of the functionality and intuitiveness of the desktop version, which can be limiting on the go.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the problem of fragmented communication and task tracking across cross-functional teams. As a product manager, I need to keep marketing, design, engineering, and stakeholders aligned — and Wrike allows me to do that in one centralized platform. It eliminates the confusion of scattered emails and spreadsheets, and gives everyone visibility into project timelines, priorities, and responsibilities. This has reduced bottlenecks, improved accountability, and made it easier to hit deadlines.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback!

  ### 34. Wrike for Project Management - UPDATED

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Since our last check-in, I've really come to appreciate Wrike's customizable dashboards. Being able to tailor the view to show exactly the metrics and project statuses most relevant to me has made it even easier to quickly grasp project health and identify potential bottlenecks without digging through individual tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Building on my previous feedback about the difficulty of updating, I think Wrike could really improve its bulk editing capabilities. When you have a lot of tasks or projects that need similar updates, doing them one by one is quite time-consuming. A more streamlined approach to applying changes across multiple items would significantly reduce manual effort and make the program much more efficient to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Wrike:**

I would recommend you give it a try. It may be the perfect tool for your team.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the problems we were trying to solve with Wrike, was allowing all our team members to see the status of a project at a glance. This program works well for this aspect but, found it too cumbersome to constantly update the projects.

  ### 36. Wrike a solution for project management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda H. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the ability to create projects and assign team members and due dates. we were able to add all our clients and ongoing assignments along with company folders

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some additional tools did not come with the plans we purchased, and we were not aware until after we signed our agreement.
The Onboarding process was a little too involved- we had to learn some things on our own due to our transition time frame- it would have been helpful if we could have customized it to our needs instead of following their process.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows us to create projects for all agreements and track the tasks, along with reporting options. They offer great support.

  ### 37. Wrike is great for collaborative project management.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

At my company, we use Wrike to facilitate collaboration between colleagues around the globe on a weekly basis. As projects are kicked off, we're able to keep track of its progress, as well as have instant visibility into who's working on what. This is incredibly important, as we have colleagues working in different parts of the world and in vastly different time zones. It is also great to activate our operations teams, who can streamline intake through their activation forms. It's easier to get a task launched, and ultimately completely quickly, with such easy forms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is a powerful tool--and as such, can be confusing to use when getting started. Some functions are easy and straightforward, while other, more advanced functions are not. This is easily remedied with numerous Wrike trainings. However, on the face of it, it's hard to use beyond basic functions when just starting. It's always good to create more trainings to make it easier to hit the ground running.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike makes project management across time zones successful. It's easier to get projects started, and for progress to be made around the clock, with Wrike activation threads. We are able to track progress and communicate with team members easily, and we're able to achieve our goals while respecting everyone's work hours. We are also much more clear when a project is done, which keeps everyone organized and in-the-loop.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear how Wrike is helping your global team collaborate seamlessly, track project progress, and streamline operations with activation forms. It’s wonderful to know that Wrike’s sophisticated features are making it easier for you to launch and complete tasks efficiently, no matter where your colleagues are located.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve for some of the more advanced functions. Your suggestion for additional training resources is a great one, and we’re always working to make onboarding and ongoing learning as smooth as possible. In the meantime, if you or your team ever need guidance or tips on using specific features, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Wrike community!

  ### 38. My workplace incorporated Wrike into our organizational practices to improve the flow of projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a great tool for teams that collaborate across many different departments/functional areas, whether we are in the same office or completely remote. With the option to quickly tag fellow co-workers and update projects in real-time, makes for a more smooth, productive, and organized workflow experience. The different features and options allow you to customize your visual planning and execution in a way that best suits the user. There are many educational videos which assist with discovering the different functionalities. I really appreciate how the platform has an infinite amount of ways to personalize one's view of tasks and their statuses, which greatly helps with quarter or end-of-year performance reviews when required.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is complex in my opinion. There is a lot to explore and discover which can be overwhelming, especially when you have to juggle a lot of other skills in the workplace. It takes time to identify how to use Wrike in the way that best suits you and your team.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is making it easier to track progress across multiple collaborators. It has also allowed users to take accountability for their role within the project. The speed of project and task completing has improved.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

  ### 39. Wrike for Art Director at Creative Agency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The things I find most helpful about Wrike are the different ways to view what you're working on - whether it's in a timeline / workload form, or in to-do lists. I also like that it's easy to go back within the 'spaces' to reference previous projects and gather any information we need that still applies to new or ongoing projects. I also like the ability to send out a link to clients that includes a form - this helps us get information from clients in a specific way, rather than a blind email. We use Wrike constantly throughout the day, so we are always referring back to it for new projects, urgent projects, etc.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

A couple of things I dislike (or I think could be improved upon) are: 1. Lack of filtering capabilities in the Inbox (it accumulates quickly with our projects, and I would love to be able to filter by only the things I'm specifically tagged in). 2. It would be great to get some examples of how other creative agencies are using Wrike (in a general sense). The setup was a bit of a process to figure out initially, but we've refined our processes and how we use it over time. It may have helped to have some specific use cases when we were implementing / switching from another system.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping our company with workflow and project management overall. It's benefiting me (as an Art Director) because I can see who is working on what, and when projects should be completed by. It allows me to see the bigger picture of what we're working on now, as well as what our Project Manager has scheduled for upcoming items in the weeks to come.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and insightful review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike’s multiple viewing options—like timeline, workload, and to-do lists—are helping you manage your creative projects efficiently. It’s great that you find it easy to reference previous work within spaces and that client request forms are streamlining how you gather information, making your workflow more organized and consistent.

We appreciate your feedback on areas for improvement, especially regarding Inbox filtering and the desire for more creative agency-specific use cases. For your Inbox, while Wrike currently offers some notification management, more advanced filtering (such as viewing only items where you’re specifically tagged) is a valuable suggestion. We recommend sharing this feedback directly through Wrike’s feedback channels, as user input helps shape future enhancements.

Regarding creative agency use cases, Wrike’s Help Center and Community Forum sometimes feature best practices and examples from other agencies. You can explore these resources here:

Help Center: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us

Community Forum: https://community.wrike.com/

If you’d like, we can also provide tips or templates tailored to creative teams, or connect you with additional resources to help you optimize your setup.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and suggestions. We’re always here to help you make the most of Wrike’s sophisticated features and to support your agency’s continued success!

  ### 40. A Powerful Project Management Tool with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rayan J. | Paid search account executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

One of the standout features of Wrike is its flexibility and customisation. Whether you're managing a simple to-do list or a complex cross-functional project, Wrike adapts to your workflow. You can create custom dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and build workflows tailored to your team’s processes. The real-time collaboration tools are another highlight. Team members can comment directly on tasks, tag each other, and even attach files or integrate with tools like Google Drive, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, making it easy to centralise communication and reduce email clutter.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike is powerful, it does come with a learning curve. The interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users or teams not familiar with project management tools. There are a lot of features and views, which are great for customisation, but it can take time to figure out what works best for your team. Another issue is that mobile app functionality is somewhat limited compared to the desktop version. It's fine for checking tasks or leaving comments, but managing complex workflows or using certain views isn’t as smooth on mobile.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the classic problem of task chaos and lack of visibility. In fast-moving teams, tasks often get lost in emails, forgotten in chat threads, or duplicated across different tools. Wrike centralises everything into one platform, so all tasks are visible, organized, and trackable, no more digging through messages or wondering who's doing what.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s flexibility, customization options, and real-time collaboration tools are making a positive impact on your team’s workflow. It’s great to know that features like custom dashboards, workflow automation, and integrations with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams are helping you centralize communication and reduce email clutter.

We understand your point about the learning curve, especially for new users or teams unfamiliar with project management platforms. Wrike is a sophisticated tool with many features, and it can take some time to discover the best setup for your team. To help with onboarding, we recommend exploring Wrike’s in-app guides, tutorials, and Help Center resources, which are designed to make the learning process smoother. If you’d like, we can also provide tailored tips or training materials for your team.

Regarding the mobile app, your feedback is valuable. While the app is great for checking tasks and leaving comments on the go, we recognize that some advanced features are more accessible on the desktop version. We’re always working to enhance the mobile experience, and your input helps us prioritize improvements.

If you have specific needs or would like step-by-step guidance on customizing Wrike for your team, please let us know—we’re here to help you make the most of Wrike’s sophisticated capabilities.

Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued member of the Wrike community!

  ### 41. I love wrike, however some additional features and functionality would be nice!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline K. | Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how easy it is to manage effort, hourly rates and budgets for all of my marketing agreement clients. The support team has been so great in answering any questions I have. I use wrike every day in my job to manage my accounts.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I wish the request form would allow for multiple levels. I am trying to work around it now and it is making it very complicated for my company to move forward with this structure by not having the additional functionality since the form does not support multi-levels. .

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is able to keep track of all of my tasks and is able to maintain my budgets in one simple view!

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you are enjoying Wrike and finding it helpful in managing your marketing agreement clients. We appreciate your feedback about the request form and will take it into consideration for future updates.

  ### 42. Good tool for project management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I've been using Wrike for team and project coordination. Overall, it's a robust tool with a lot to offer, especially for teams that work through multiple projects or need detailed project tracking.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a steep learning curve for new users. It can feel a bit overwhelming to navigate at first, especially for users who are new to project management tools in general. Because the tool overs a variety of different features, it takes a while to get used to.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike enables better collaboration as it gives us a centralized place to track everything that’s going on. We can see who’s working on what, deadlines, and project statuses all in one view. Also, instead of digging through emails or chats, we can keep all task-related conversations and files directly within Wrike, which keeps communication organized and accessible.
It also allows us to stay accountable for missed deadlines. It’s easier to manage workloads, set clear priorities, and stay on track.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike has been a robust solution for your team and project coordination, especially when it comes to tracking multiple projects and keeping everything organized in one place. It's great to know that having a centralized platform for tasks, deadlines, and conversations has improved your team's collaboration and accountability.

We understand that the learning curve can be steep, particularly for those new to project management tools. Wrike offers a wide range of features, and it can take some time to get comfortable navigating everything. If you haven’t already, our Help Center and Wrike Discover training platform offer step-by-step guides and tutorials to help new users get up to speed more quickly.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. If you ever need tips on onboarding new team members or want to make the most of Wrike’s features, our support team is always here to help!

  ### 43. Incredible Tool for Creating Step-by-Step Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The way Wrike takes photos and organizes them with each step of the process you are documenting is instrumental. Second to none, and our team has tried a number of software solutions that insisted they were the best. Nothing holds a candle to Wrike.

I also enjoyed just how user-friendly the program is for generating procedures. I opened the program and within minutes had a great procedure well underway.

We had to overhaul our entire procedure library for new employees, I used Wrike every day until the project was completed.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, the only downside was that our team was only able to afford a couple of product keys. Hopefully, Wrike will continue to enjoy success and perhaps the payment plans will decrease as a result enabling more teams to use the project simultaneously.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to effectively streamline existing procedures and document step-by-step instructions on our new processes (and we had a ton)!

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your enthusiastic review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike has made such a positive impact on your team's ability to create and organize step-by-step documentation. It's wonderful to know that the photo organization and user-friendly procedure generation have helped you overhaul your procedure library efficiently—especially when onboarding new employees.

We appreciate your honesty regarding the cost and the wish for more accessible pricing. Your feedback is important to us, and we understand how valuable it would be for more team members to collaborate simultaneously. While we can't promise immediate changes, we are always evaluating our pricing and plans to better serve teams of all sizes. In the meantime, if you haven’t already, you might want to explore Wrike’s collaboration features for guest users or reach out to our support team to discuss any available options that could help maximize your current licenses.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing your experience. If you have any other suggestions or need tips on getting even more out of the platform, please let us know—we’re here to help!

  ### 44. Great for Team Collaboration, But Has Room to Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake M. | Associate Director of Media Partnerships | Advanced DOOH | GroupM Nexus | USA, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike really shines when it comes to team collaboration and task visibility. The ability to customize dashboards and track progress in real-time has helped our team stay aligned and on top of deadlines. I also love how easy it is to create dependencies between tasks—it gives a much clearer view of how everyone's work connects. The integration with other tools like Slack and Google Drive makes it feel like a central hub rather than just another tool.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

That said, Wrike isn't perfect. The learning curve for new users can be steep, especially if they're not familiar with project management tools. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, and occasional lags when loading large projects can be frustrating. I also wish there were more built-in templates for recurring workflows—we’ve had to build a lot of things from scratch.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us solve the complexity and fragmentation that often come with managing DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) campaign projects. These campaigns typically involve multiple stakeholders—from media owners and creative teams to data vendors and measurement partners—so keeping everything aligned can be a challenge.

With Wrike, we’re able to centralize communication, track timelines, and manage approvals all in one place. This has significantly reduced the number of back-and-forth emails and miscommunications that used to slow us down. It’s also made it much easier to standardize workflows across campaigns, which is especially helpful when managing multiple activations simultaneously.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike has made a positive impact on your team's collaboration, task visibility, and workflow standardization—especially in the complex world of DOOH campaign management. It's great to know that features like customizable dashboards, real-time progress tracking, task dependencies, and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive have helped your team stay aligned and efficient.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the areas where Wrike could improve. The learning curve and occasional interface clutter are common challenges, especially for new users or teams managing large projects. We're always working to make the platform more intuitive and responsive, and your input is invaluable in guiding those improvements. Regarding templates, your suggestion for more built-in options for recurring workflows is a great one. In the meantime, you might find Wrike’s Blueprints feature helpful for creating reusable templates, which can save time and ensure consistency across projects.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and insights. If you ever need tips on onboarding new users, streamlining your workspace, or making the most of Wrike’s features, our support team is always here to help. We’re grateful to have you as part of the Wrike community!

  ### 45. It has potential but you're reliant on colleagues maintaining best practice.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is excellent at giving visibility across multiple departments and managing cross departmental tasks. The desktop app runs quite smoothly and is a nice to have option.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

You're very reliant on colleagues building effective areas. I've had multiple instances where the workspace I've been granted access to, to give input/updates and feedback, have been particularly difficult to use because the volume of compulsory fields was too high. Additionally, I'm reliant on colleague adhering to a consistent naming convention to improve the ease of use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Wrike predominantly to track tasks and projects across 3 different agencies and multiple countries. It helps with limiting timezone differences causing reduced visibility and comms between countries.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike is helping you gain visibility across departments and manage cross-departmental tasks, especially when working with multiple agencies and countries. It’s great to know the desktop app is running smoothly and supporting your workflow.

We appreciate your honest comments about the challenges of relying on colleagues to maintain best practices, such as effective workspace setup and consistent naming conventions. We understand how too many compulsory fields and inconsistent organization can impact your experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll share it with our product team as we continue to look for ways to make Wrike more intuitive and flexible for all users.

If you have any suggestions for improving workspace setup or need resources to help your team align on best practices, please let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

5. Visibility and Accountability: The platform offers clear visibility into project status and individual responsibilities, promoting accountability while recognising the contributions of all team members.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

1. Steep Learning Curve: Wrike’s robust features can be overwhelming for new users, especially in fast-paced Paid Social environments where team members may not have time for extensive onboarding or training.

2. Complexity for Smaller Tasks: Paid Social often involves quick-turnaround tasks (e.g., launching a last-minute ad set or updating creative). Wrike’s detailed workflows and required fields can slow down these processes or feel unnecessarily complex for simple actions.

3. Notification Overload: Wrike generates a high volume of notifications, which can lead to important updates getting lost—especially in Paid Social teams where multiple campaigns and assets move simultaneously.

4. Limited Social Platform Integrations: While Wrike integrates with many tools, its direct integrations with social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) are limited. This can result in extra manual work to update statuses, attach performance data, or sync campaign details.

5. Rigid Customisation at Times: Although Wrike is customisable, some Paid Social teams find it challenging to adapt the platform to their unique, ever-evolving campaign processes—especially for non-linear workflows or last-minute pivots.

6. Reporting Limitations: While Wrike’s reporting is useful for tracking tasks and timelines, it may not offer the level of granular, real-time campaign performance data that Paid Social teams require, necessitating the use of additional tools.

7. Mobile App Limitations: Paid Social often requires quick approvals or updates on the go. Wrike’s mobile app, while functional, can be less intuitive and slower for managing complex tasks compared to the desktop version.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike, as a collaborative work management platform, addresses the common challenge of streamlining project coordination and communication within teams. For Paid Social teams, this means Wrike helps organise campaign planning, track progress, and facilitate seamless collaboration among team members, regardless of their location or role.

By centralising tasks, deadlines, and feedback in one accessible space, Wrike reduces miscommunication and ensures everyone is aligned with campaign objectives. This leads to increased efficiency, quicker response times to market changes, and improved overall performance of Paid Social campaigns. Ultimately, teams can deliver more effective and timely campaigns, while maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your comprehensive and insightful review! We're thrilled to hear how Wrike has helped your Paid Social team streamline campaign management, boost collaboration, and improve efficiency. It’s great to know that features like centralized campaign management, real-time reporting, resource allocation, and clear visibility into responsibilities are making a positive impact on your workflow and campaign outcomes.

We also appreciate your detailed feedback on areas where Wrike could be improved for Paid Social teams. We understand that Wrike’s robust features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users or when handling quick-turnaround tasks. If you haven’t already, you might find it helpful to create simplified workflows or use templates for routine actions—this can help reduce complexity and speed up task management for those last-minute campaign needs. Customizing your notification settings and leveraging dashboards or widgets can help surface the most important updates, so nothing critical gets lost in the shuffle.

Your point about limited direct integrations with platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn is well taken. We’re always working to expand our integration ecosystem, and your feedback helps us prioritize what matters most to teams like yours. For non-linear workflows or more granular reporting, our support team can help you explore advanced custom fields, automations, or integrations with analytics tools to better fit your team’s needs. We’re also continually working to improve the mobile app, and your feedback about the need for faster, more intuitive mobile approvals and updates is invaluable.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike is helping your team stay organized, aligned, and responsive in a fast-paced environment. If you have any specific suggestions or would like help optimizing Wrike for your Paid Social processes, please let us know—our team is always here to support you and ensure you get the most out of the platform!

  ### 47. Solid project management product; could be refined for marketers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

wrike is easy to set up and use, with multiple view options based on the project or widget you're creating. the utility of different spaces is helpful when working across multiple teams. I use wrike to stay on top of over 100 ongoing projects, supporting a team of 30+ employees.

it's very easy to start new projects, and we heavily utilize blueprints to give our teams a strong starting point. autodating logic is also very helpful, and allows us to be nimble with changing timelines.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike struggles with 'long' projects (i.e. those that contain more than 250 tasks or so) - the logic and automation has broken on us often.

predecessor logic is also occasionally flawed - wrike is not always responsive when we want to change settings from FS to SS for example, and it requires a complete reset of the task dating.

as a marketer, I sometimes find the view options to be very frustrating - we utilize subtasks, and the new wrike layout makes legibility very tough.

the wrike desktop app is somewhat unstable, and unwieldly when you're trying to view 2 projects side-by-side.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us with cross-functional alignment, product roadmap planning, staying on top of moving deadlines, and contractor management. On occasion, we use wrike as a checklist of future projects to solve, and it also doubles as a vendor resource document for our teams to share.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback on your experience with Wrike. We're pleased to hear that the platform has been beneficial for cross-functional alignment, deadline management, and vendor resource sharing. We value your input on the areas for improvement, and we'll strive to address the issues you've raised.

  ### 48. Wrike is robust and nimble; it is simple to get started and get more detailed as you go.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the ability to easily share tasks and projects among different departments, and only share the things you need to. A team that doesn't need to be involved in one part of a project never needs to see anything other than what they should have input on.
I use Wrike every day to track my own work and to have oversight of hundreds of events my team plans every year. As a supervisor, I like the dashboards that allow me to see what my team is working, giving me the ability to reassign tasks and update due dates.
When I have a question about something, the I can easily find the answers I need in the Help Center.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike can do so much, it was hard for me to wrap my head around it in the beginning. I watched a lot of the learning videos, which was also somewhat overwhelming. It wasn't until I just dove in and started creating my own task as my to do list that I was really able to understand how it works.
When I train new staff, I find that they often have the same issue. I urge people to just start using it, even if they aren't sure exactly what or how to do things.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of people involved in planning out events, and Wrike helps everyone be on the same page. I can see when things are falling behind. If someone is out, I can take a look at their tasks and reassign as needed.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find our platform robust and easy to use for managing tasks and projects across different departments. We appreciate your feedback on the learning curve and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

It's great to hear that Wrike has been beneficial in keeping your team organized and on track with event planning. If you or your team ever have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help and support you every step of the way. Thank you for choosing Wrike to streamline your work processes!

  ### 49. A useful way to manage projects / workflows

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Adding information to tickets is simple and straightforward, and keeping the status of tickets handy is quite useful. The dashboard is overall easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Overall, while Wrike is a powerful tool, I think that there is room to improve the ticket building process. Our organization uses a large assignee list, so having to add them manually can be very time consuming. It would be great if there were a better way than duplicating a past ticket, or ideally an assignee "Group" that works similar to an email distribution list.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike streamlines several workflows for our team, and offers a unified dashboard where team members can keep track of the status on various projects. Overall, it keeps things organized and keeps tasks moving forward.

We see benefits in time-saved, higher efficiencies, and ease of troubleshooting if needed. Overall, we do enjoy using the program in our day to day workflows.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for highlighting the aspects of Wrike that work well for your team, such as the simplicity of adding information to tickets and the usefulness of the dashboard. We understand your concerns about the ticket building process, and we will explore options to enhance the assignee management to better suit your organization's needs.

  ### 50. Convenient to use and share information with coworkers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the ability to share due dates and tasks with coworkers; really helps with project management and prioritization when we have a lot of projects happening at once. I also like having the ability to put all of the due dates in calendar format to see tasks visually. I like how many different options there are to look at information too, not just the calendar but the personally customizable dashboards, or if my boss makes a dashboard I can see that too. Wrike is something that I have open everyday, all day long and can easily refer back to.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are a lot of options on how to display tasks which feels like a good and bag thing. It took a while to get a hang of how to use the calendar feature and I had to use google and read others posts/videos on how they did it. I like having the calendar option to view due dates for tasks, but I still wasn't able to customize exactly how I wanted. It would be nice to be able to customize color-coding things in the calendar different from the color coding that automatically is assigned with each task. Or the ability to automatically add certain tasks to a specific calendar.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me prioritize my tasks and keeps me accountable with due dates.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! It's awesome that you find it convenient for sharing information with coworkers and managing multiple projects effectively. We've worked hard on making dashboards useful for our customers. We appreciate your feedback on the calendar feature and customization options. Your suggestions for color-coding tasks and automatically adding tasks to specific calendars are valuable, and we will definitely consider them for future updates. We are glad to hear that Wrike is helping you prioritize tasks and stay accountable with due dates. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance with any features, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Thank you for choosing Wrike for your project management needs!
