Given the broad range of this tool in handling any project type, it can be even harder to produce reports in order to interpret the results without training in the handling of Wrike functions. The level of administrator has permission to access other roles, properties and PM operations so you can quickly lose yourself in Wrike. All I can say here is that Wrike's customer and technical support is exceptional and every time I've gotten stuck or didn't think something was possible, I've been guided toward a solution or have been given a decent workaround if something has to go on the backlog. The team is receptive and asks a lot of good questions to understand our unique set-up and problems we're trying to solve. Other than that, it's the double-edge sword situation with updates... there's always so many new features which are great for tech nerds like me but can be difficult to keep up with when you've got so many other things on your plate not to mention needing to get the IT group to install them every time. I use Wrike's project management and tracking features and have liked it so far. Compared to other project management tools, I find it to be a very light and easy to use tool. It is web based and I can login with SSO. Send notifications with weekly reports I can create private projects and assign my team. I really liked it when we planned to test a project and didn't want to publish it yet. Able to create custom folders, subfolders, tasks and subtasks, add users and due dates. It's better than a workboard or AtTask tool, but it has more than just a basic program such as asana. I like the ease of conversing with friends, the opportunity to pursue my work, and the various suggestions for forward lists, tablets, etc. I like it can be personalized and it can easily be combined with external systems. Wrike provides standardized correspondence and forms for admissions that provide our organization with a standardization degree that we did not previously have. There is a minor learning curve, and it may be difficult to understand how the tool is most suitable for your company, but integration is simple once you have a strategy. The system is fine, but we need to track the software a bit longer over time. It has a characteristic that we enjoy as the project tree, because we can literally arrange our work. That is why we buy it, much like a smartphone program, from almost everywhere can we work and use it. Wrike learning process is my only worry. It took a few days to transition to the new way things were handled, and after a few days it was part of the norm. The picture sizes of the Wrike multimedia help introduces an irregularity to the material, since it is unorganized by the combination of active sample encoding resolution and erroneous route simplification in its display format, such that it is impractical to completely screen any audiovisual material sent to my data mailbox, thereby qualifying it for the information. It is easy for me in Wrike on the other hand, at the administrator level, to forfeit my ability to control other projects, tools and PM tasks. Works nicely to keep track of where the projects are in the process. Keeps all of us on task while managing so many different projects. I like that we can see all the projects in one place and not have to constantly ask our creative team where the project is at. We can go on and look for the updates and see where it is. Sometimes it can be tedious to find the specific project that you are looking for. Projects sometimes can hide behind other projects so need to make sure that different names are used when adding a project or task in Wrike. Teams can function with kanban, spreadsheets, or only list views. This variety has made it easier to get on board with several different teams and improved acceptance. I love the possibilities Wrike provides for teamwork as well as their team's high level support. Wrike is an outstanding framework for project management that promises unbelievable simplicity and scalability for any project type for any industry. All the integrations and the perfect way to link function between systems are not to be mentioned. The platform was best used for the service and resources. Adopting and improving management are still a challenge for the technologies we have been using; this is all about our process; if your organization can afford it, Wrike provides multiple service and integration options that can help to minimize the issues. When you start using this method, certain learning curves are not necessarily noticeable. The job process is much more critical than it looks, as the structure drives monitoring, dashboards, sharing and authorisation. Wrike's vision about project management is excellent it is a platform that brings together project management with collaboration tools such as remote work, as a project management software it comes integrated with many solutions such as Gantt charts, calendar, workload view and resource management plus as if that was not enough it integrates seamlessly with other tools that will allow you to go much deeper in your mergers these are Salesforce, Slack and Dropbox just to mention a few, it has a flexible interface easy to navigate and a very competitive price. The cost structure of Wrike does not go according to their plans in fact it can be confusing to choose the right plan for your company as this software comes heavily loaded with features and come with an extra cost so the most advisable is to call customer support, the mobile applications is far from having the same quality as the web version, within the performance evaluation tools it is impossible to make weighted performance measures it would be good to have this option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
