Dependency on document controllers or wrench administrator is very high if some wrong entry is made. Also, mails are continuously popping up when documents are issued or client comments are received. Most of the mails are irrelevant. Difficult to understand the execution philosophy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile application is crafted with an ample amount of research. The details of inspection activities with designated workflow are right in place. The checklists are good enough to meet the requirements of inspection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WRENCH SmartProject?

For refinery projects in Tata Projects - OGH division; multiple inspection activities come up at a time. It is cumbersome to click photographs of each inspection. Also, keep updating the photographs on wrench is a challenge in remote areas where internet connectivity is poor. It is becoming more of a burden than a help.
