What do you like best about WRENCH SmartProject?

Wrench tracks the revisions and transmittals well. I like the file sharing feature where you can send an email with a download link. It's also easy to make excel lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WRENCH SmartProject?

Should be able to paste text when filtering. Also copy text from the folder view (currently have to click on a task and open properties to copy). Also no more CR workflow, please. Give the revise function to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very slow. Limited customization especially in workflow and user assignment. Our Wrench admin said that each document cannot be assigned designated user as a result entire department receives huge amount of irrelevant documents.
