Wrench Node is shop management software that consolidates auto repair operations by combining repair orders, estimates, inspections, scheduling, payments, and marketing into one system. AI assists service advisors by suggesting diagnostic questions based on vehicle complaints, mileage, and history, then generates technical write-ups and estimates with labor and parts pricing. An intelligent phone system answers calls in a natural voice and captures appointment requests when staff are unavailable. Automated workflows allow customers to approve estimates via email, while declined services are tracked for follow-ups. A searchable shop memory indexes past repairs, and marketing tools send service reminders based on repair history and mileage. Additional features include smart scheduling, loaner vehicle management, staff time tracking, NexPart integration for parts ordering, online booking, internal messaging, and automated payment processing.
