Wren is purchasing and inventory software for medical practices, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities. It brings ordering from multiple distributors into one place, automates reorders, and helps facilities stay on the GPO contract pricing they qualify for. Teams order from several suppliers in a single workflow and track inventory by room. Reorders run automatically through AutoShip or trigger when stock reaches a minimum set for each inventory room. Spend reporting shows where money goes across suppliers and locations. Wren reads the manufacturer barcode already printed on the box, so facilities never have to re-label inventory or buy a dedicated hardware scanner. Staff scan products with Wren’s free mobile app on their own phones. Wren also confirms that each facility is linked to the right GPO contracts and pricing tiers, and it works with any GPO. Wren is built on a modern, cloud-based platform and priced for facilities of every size. Plans start at $49 per location per month with no implementation fee, and a free plan supports one order per month from one supplier.
