Honestly, this software is a fully turnkey solution for crew payment/Employer of Record/Workers Comp. When I first signed up, I let them know that I'd love to see a functionality in the future where you could also upload custom deal memos, which they have since implemented. I love how I don't have to calculate any overtime. It's all built into the system. Just put the start and end times, and it does the rest for you. It's also super helpful that everything can be filled in on the platform by each crew member so that I don't have to send out individual timecards to everyone that was on set. I love the fact that there are no monthly membership-fees and you only pay a small percentage on payrolls that you run. Also, the fact you can have multiple projects under each production is an added bonus. Lastly, but probably most valued, the response time from customer support/company execs. While Wrapbook's registration fees are modest, I wish the fees were tiered to accommodate all budget levels. Also, while the UI is majorily intuitive -- I feel some menus can be combined and/or options available in other areas of a project. For example, in Run Payroll, the "Add Item" only allows for additional invoices to be added, opposed to additional "expenses" as well (as seen in Accounts Payable).

This isn't more of a wish than a dislike, but I would love to see a charge back/bill/refund feature in the future. And would also love to see an ability to pre-fund a project's payroll to expedite the pay process and thus, eliminating the "collecting funds" process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The total percent for fringes + platform fee is listed on the site's calculator. However, we've had minor discrepancies estimating payroll based on this information vs actual payroll costs in the end. Nominal amounts, but strange to be off by just a little.
