The excellent support is without a doubt the reason I happily pay the annual membership. If I am ever having any issues with the site, they help troubleshoot and resolve even if it's not completely related to their hosting service. Email addresses moved for me. Then I measured my page load and it went from a snail 15 seconds to a reasonable 2.5 seconds before I even do anything to clean up my site.
