Their support replies fast, both in chat and in tickets. Their control panel is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WPX Hosting? My website was working fine on my old Siteground Gogeek plan. Then... I don't know what they did during migration. They reportedly cleaned up my website from a suspicious file and reinstalled WP core and plugins. Right after migration, I started getting errors 500 on Woocommerce admin pages and triple charges both on Stripe and Paypal. After 10 days, I left for Kinsta and then again for Cloudways and still got duplicate charges on Woocommerce even on a 1000$/y plan. So, it's not a problem of resources, but something they did during migration. Their support replied fast but was useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Additionally, while not the world's fasted hosting, it's decent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WPX Hosting? Biggest complaints are... 1.) Issues with periodic server connection closed errors from their WPX Cloud service when updating posts. This is something that I've seen discussed (and experienced myself) in a couple forums and nobody really has a answer for. It's not by any means a constant issue but it definitely recurs. 2.) Despite all the raves about their support, I've been disappointed by them on numerous occasions. Yea they respond quickly but when the response doesn't actually help or resolve issues, who cares how fast it is? Additionally, it seems as if support is pretty limited on the weekends. In the digital age, websites are 24/7, so not having access to full support for 2 days a week is a bit of a crap shoot since you never know when a problem may occur.
