I work for a marketing company and we use prospect lists and import them into our CRM. I purchase a list and download it onto a spreadsheet. On the spreadsheet I can make changes, add and delete items. I can sort it to be in whatever order I want to import it in. My favorite feature is the tab labeled "data": in this section I can highlight the entire spreadsheet and check for duplicates before having it imported. My least favorite part is the sorting. I never do this right and always end up messing up my list by shifting some rows and have to start over every time. I'm sure this is an operator error but still it would be nice if this function was easier. Also when you import data with columns that have sums at the bottom, this program does not bring the sums with it. You have to manually highlight across the bottom and click the sum tag. I Really like the WPS Spreadsheets because it is easier to start ,works at High Compatibility with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe PDF and OpenOffice format. What are dislike most are the compatibility errors between programs, there’s not just one word processor tool available, which means there isn’t just one common file type either. While many people opt for .doc, that doesn’t mean there still won’t be compatibility issues between programs. When i try to open a document that’s not supported by another program, i get compatibility errors. The support scheme for Spreadsheets is not as intuitive as it should be; error messages do not assist when I have to correct the incorrect formula. I have to struggle often to adjust and personalize the graphs to the precise location I want, to use this section of Spreadsheets for more practical purposes. For example, if I search for a keyword in the whole sheet, and it contains thousands of data, the search is done slowly, and the application can stop. The search engine may take a long time.
