I am most appreciative of the fact that I can comfortably put down notes with my phone when in a meeting, type and edit project writings, articles etc using this software avoiding the discomfort that comes with carrying my laptop around so as to use the Microsoft word document.

Most importantly, i dislike the fact that even after effecting changes on my documents using my phone, I still have to go through the process of editing the document each time I send the document to my laptop. First, it is an open-source software suite and the best alternative to Microsoft Office Suite. the best thing about this office is it has all kinds of features and tools that normal employee requires in their workforce such as presentations, word file processing, and making insight using spreadsheets and so on. It has a large number of templates that make my work easier in so many ways. navigation is quite easy and user-friendly. it also supports almost all types of file formats such as Adobe PDFs, MS Office files, etc. WPS Office also provides cloud storage because of which all the files can be accessed anywhere and on any device. WPS office is one of the best tool i used for working with any type of document format like PDF, Word Docx, Excel, powerpoint etc., It is very easy to handle in mobile phones, you have to just go to playstore and download app, if you are using low memory mobile you can try lite version as well.

1)File compressor which i am using for reducing the size of files and attach those while filling exam forms.

Sometimes it takes more time than usual for creating documents.

WPS Office has lots of options that I can use to make documents, spreadsheets, presentation papers, etc. It is newer, faster, easier to use, and lighter than the office. However, what amazes me is its compatibility with Google Drive, which provides online storage. It is very cheap or almost at no cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, access to all the feature available and the best thing is that it is free to use. Enable me to share, edit and merge multiple files online or offline. WPS office is best tool so far and it have all the options and features for all your documents, i can work on sheets, ppt's, pdf's, so smoothly, its very easy to use and you can learn it in one week, i am using this tool for civil estimation, reading and working on structure drawings, i also write some correspondence letters in it with good features for editing. There is nothing much disliks about wps office but there some ads in mobile version, but buying premium we can skip this annoying ads that's good feature, slightly cheaper price tag would be better, overall all i have no bad experience using this amazing tool.
