WPReturns helps WooCommerce stores handle returns, exchanges and refunds inside WordPress, and keep more of the sale through exchanges and store credit. Customers start a return from My Account or a guest portal, choose a refund, exchange or store credit, and upload photos. Staff approve, receive and resolve each request from one dashboard, and the data stays in the store's own database with no per-return fee. The free plugin covers the guest returns portal, partial returns, photo uploads, final-sale rules, order cancellations and the EU withdrawal button with acknowledgement email and log. Pro adds exchanges with price difference, store credit, warranty claims, return rules, EasyPost and Shippo labels, fraud flags, analytics, a REST API and webhooks. Pro starts at $99 a year for one site.
