I wish they had some price parity rules set up. Their support is fast and extremely knowledgeable, their support ticketing system hasn't failed or underperformed yet, and their plugins are top-notch and oftentimes offer more than their competitors. All of my websites currently hosted with WPMU DEV are blazing fast and super secure; I can't say both of those statements about websites I have had hosted previously with other hosting companies. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** Their hosting isn't very compatible with Oxygen Builder. If that could be remedied, then I would have all of my WP sites hosted on WPMU DEV right now. The white label support option is in development from what their DEV team tells me which is the only other improvement that I could recommend at this time. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast and secure hosting is at the top of my list! Second, to that is the cost of managed WordPress hosting. Third, would be technical support for those websites. Lastly, is the creation of a new revenue stream through white-labeling their hosting and reselling it to my clients. As a "typical" graphic designer and programmer, I keep some of the strangest hours. When getting on a really good roll, I might not stop for 16 hours. I love that no matter what, WPMUDEV is there for me to help if/when I get stuck. The other awesome thing about WPMUDEV is so many products all in one nice and neat bundle. Before I found WPMUDEV I had to have so many different accounts with so many different companies to get the plugins that I needed to properly run a WordPress site. Things like a forms plugin, an SEO plugin, an optimization plugin, etc. I was also spending at least 8 times more money by paying all of these different companies. With WPMUDEV, it's all one account. One bill, and one charge once a year. I get almost everything that I need all in one place. Plus, they keep adding more and more value by adding more and more features and products! **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** Some of the process to get things accomplished with the WPMUDEV products is a little over-complicated. There are still some features that I have never used because I simply can't get them to properly work. For example, the additional users. I have been told that right now the product just doesn't do what I am wanting it to do, but that it's on its way. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the problem of having to deal with multiple vendors in order to accomplish one task. So if you are looking for the absolute cheapest hosting options, this isn't for you. This is better suited for people who are looking to get what they pay for and then some. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** The knowledge that my websites are properly secure on WPMU DEV platform is incredibly helpful. The Defender plugin does a great job of screening out bots and fake traffic from external countries if needed. The Smush & Hummingbird plugins help me make sure sites are performing at the optimal speed for rankings and user-friendliness. Also, I can manage many websites with ease using the Hub, which is an interface which lists all sites and plugin's status as well as overall site health. It took me a while to adjust to only chat and support ticket support options, but their support team is fast which helps to alleviate my concerns. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problems WPMU solves for me are site speed concerns, maintenance reporting, and reliable hosting. WPMU offers several plugins but the image compression plugins work very well and speed up my sites. I also love the time savings benefits of updating my plugins with their system and having an automated report go out to clients from WPMU.
