This is especially true when you consider the intangible benefits they bring to the table. If a problem arises, whether it's at 2 am or 2 pm on a Tuesday, you're likely to get an answer within minutes! Their response time is truly stunning. That kind of immediate attention to any issue or question is worth its weight in gold. There's also the fact that their support staff is comprised of people who actually care about your success and are committed to helping you achieve it. It's not uncommon for them to provide additional resources like articles, videos, and additional information to help you troubleshoot your problem so that you have a more complete understanding of what happened and why—all without charging you anything extra for their time or effort. The responsiveness, reliability and friendliness of their support team are all things I value immensely as well because of how often we need them; it's nice to know my questions will be answered quickly and competently. The WPMUDEV support team has become invaluable to us in helping us grow our business, not just **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** Absolutely nothing. There isn't a single aspect of their service that I wouldn't recommend. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our latest problem has been with Objecting Caching and its impact on our Order Management System (OMS). We run multiple Woocommerce websites, alongside Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce platforms. As such our centralised OMS is critical to ensure stock is mapped across stores and pricing is updated quickly. Whereas the support with our OMS has been long and difficult, I was able to raise the same issues with WPMDEV and a fix was provided promptly. Although this fix doesn't provide an optimal long-term solution it does get us over the line. I've recently had a ticket raised with WPMUDEV to look into Object Caching to see whether we can selectively choose which aspect of the database can be cached, or alternatively if some aspects can be ignored in the caching process. But I love hosting now because the features are the best for managed WP hosting and the support is awesome. Anytime I need help, their usually isnt a wait and the issue is resolved quickly. Most of the time its a WordPress issue and has nothing to do with the server. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** I only have 1 thing that is a little annoying. When logging into the Hub, soemtimes its a little slow when I click on "Sites". So if I need to get to a specific client account, It just spins for a few seconds before loading the page. I wish that was faster. Also, the results that I get are not as expected in terms of speed. When using the Manual mode, it's usually more of a trial and error method, so you would make a change, save, re-check the website, and if everything works as expected, then moved on to the next asset.
