The guy has awesome knowledge not just on their products, but WordPress in general. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** To be honest I really didn't understand the membership scheme before I made the purchase. It was one of those things where I made the purchase knowing that I could cancel after 12 months. That was a number of years ago now and when I discovered what awesome products they had to cover the majority of my requirements I was amazed. You get hosting credits if you need them ( my sites are just too large, but I would move if I could ) and I would pay all the money just for the brilliant support I've had. Conflicts, performance, choosing the right plugins, etc. I have absolute confidence that WPMUDEV will be there as part of my extended team if I need them. WPMU Dev has a great knowledge base, and on the rare occasion you cannot find what you are looking for, their support team is amazing! **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** The only thing I wish I had right now is the ability to bill clients in multiple currencies, but this is already in the works so is barely a "dislike". The email account storage also sounds small compared to some hosts but I am yet to reach any limits for my purposes, and they already recommend other email hosts for larger use of emails. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using WPMU Dev, I have benefitted from their convenient client billing and client management system, as well as the need for multiple plugins (for example - one plugin for SEO, one plugin for forms, etc), as they offer a wide variety of plugins with membership.
