"Alfredo L. is a Rock Star!"

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

WPMU's Alfredo L. was a ohenomenal help to me today. I was freaking out about some broken images that were a cause of a new Woocommerce update that conflicted with my Flatsome theme. I'm NOT a developer and run a very small fledgling company (for now). On my checkout pages, the credit card icons were not displaying, which could cause a potential customer to be skeptical about the legitimacy of my site. He walked me through a number of scenarios, provided screenshots that helped me undersatnd what was happening and spent quality time on my issue.

Needless to say, he fixed the issue and was a pleasure to work with. If he is representive of the rest of the WPMU Dev team, then I highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Support that simplify your day"

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

When you run a small business, the need for easy-to-use product with stable and quick support is big!

Every time I contact WMPU DEV their support teamis patient, answering all questions, and even offer to do some technical stuff for me.

It's great to have their manuals and how-to-guides, but sometimes the time isn't there to read through them. Then it's nice to have support that explains short and simple what to do, and if needed they go in and help themselves.

"The One Stop Shop for WordPress site management"

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

What I like most is the ability to quickly and easily perform maintenance actions on multiple sites at once. I don't like to enable automated plugin updates on client sites since this can lead to broken functionality on occasion. Instead, I manually update once per week unless there is a security risk which requires me to update sooner. With the WPMU DEV Dashboard, I can select all updates across all sites and update with one click. It's amazing.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?

I wish that there was the ability to manage non-WordPress sites to some extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?

WordPress sites require plugins to enable certain functions with ease, however, there are often updates, security risks, performance impacts and more associated with each plugin. This tool allows me to manage all of these aspects with ease.

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

The tech support is superior. Working with 5 other hosting companies, I have never experienced such comprehensive tech support. For hosting and domain support all the way down to website troubleshooting. They are very patient and full of knowledge and quick. Aside from them having a ton of features making their service almost priceless, I would still choose them over them competition just because of their technical support alone. Providing a way to streamline the onboarding of new clients very effectively. A new client can purchase their hosting, domain, webmail and professional retainer services all through your reseller site. "Easy to install and Easy to use - even for a non tech like me."

What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

I started with the formulator plugin to create applications for people to fill out online. Super easy to install and very manageable. I ended up upgrading and getting the full suite of plugins after I realized I'd been slowly installing them over the years. Easy and makes my website more relevant as I learn more how to use the tools. I had to use customer support for a simple thing I didn't understand and they were super cool and didn't make me feel stupid. I'll probably use it frequently to help people find my website. What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

The technical support. I am a business owner, not an IT person, and the support given is always top-notch.
