The support team there are on hand to help even with the advanced issues. The fact that their plugin can deal with remote access easily too is great. Luis Cardenas is a legend! Helped me with a very technical issue. He went above and beyond to explain to me the 'why' and the 'what' too, and the code I needed to implement it myself, although he implemented it for me. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** Very rarely, there are some support people whom are not as helpful as others. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to be a bit more technical with web development in terms of taking a couple of risks. If I mess it up, WPMU Dev can reset my site for me so my site is not in danger. ### 3. But the words that comes to mind with WPMUDEV is value and support which is free! Premium products and superior support. I am amazed at the quality of service their support team not only has, but maintains. I'd buy the support services alone, but I don't have to becaue it's part of their deal. Host with us and we'll stand by your side - when you need us. And it won't matter if it's 2am on a Friday night. Amazing. They don't sell shared hosting and they don't even offer it. Every plan has it's own IP addy, built right into the plan. That's my take on them: Premium, across the board! And the prices won't stick it to you either. A solid value at a fair price. What else is there to say? Oh, their migration service is amazing, fast and free. There that word is again. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** I'm not too thrilled with the email limits. However, I do understand it. And I understand why they have strict limits. They have a 10 email address limit on all account. limited mailings per day based on your hosting plan. If you need more, get a service. I get it, they are not really in the "email" business. For the record, they have it; they offer it; it's free; and it's reliable. I'm not really a mail guy and don't really like having to deal with it. I make what they offer work better with an their Brenda SMTP plugin, which is one of many of their Free Pro plugins. I've hosted may places - big names too. Truest me; hands down, these are the guys! **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Support is the most important thing to me and thay certainly have the goods. I think they have a support team of around 150 knowledgable techies who really know their way around WordPress and server hardware. The well known host I recently left to join WPMUDEV took their support service and moved it to an AI bot. I guess you know how that turned out. When I requested a "chat" instead, they sent me a payment form to submit $50 for a chat with support. Here's the kicker, my premium plan came with priority support. Really? BTW, the host is Siteground. I didn't name them because I don't know it that' allowed. they can cut this section if they don't like me naming competitors. ### 5. Their migration is easy and pricing is right in line with any other company. I host 4 sites and manage many of my clients through the Hub. The Hub is easy to implement on any client site and makes it easy to update any of the plugins. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** Some of their plugins are a little more challenging to use or lack some features. Forminator is great but lacks a bit of customization in the layout. He made it easy on me. He also shared screenshots of what I should do on my end to remedy the issue which made implementing the task easy as well. I use their support at least twice a week and I'm always amazed how good they are at answering my questions. I really do get on with their support 2 times a week. I also use a lot of their features. Their hosting, their plugins, the works, and they know how about all of them. Making integrating into their system easy. Overall, Shamser is your typical person over there, don't get me wrong, he was exceptional. He was fast, knew his stuff, did the extra to make sure I was taken care of, but WPMU dev always is that way. So it's no surprise to me that he's awesome as well. When hosting came out, I'd been with Cloudways and had a lot of sites to consider so it wasn't feasible to move at the time they launched hosting. However, when I realized I was rebuilding my sites at least once a month due to malware infection while on Cloudways, and that they wouldn't help nor prevent it and told me it was all on me, I decided it was time to put in the effort to move. When WPMUDev took on the work of doing the move for me, cleaning the malware in the process, and fixing the sites, it became a no-brainer! Add to it the interconnectivity between hosting, their dashboard, and their plugins which I used anyway, omg I'm in heaven! I haven't had a Malware issue since I moved into my new home with WPMUDev and I've had nearly 100% uptime with the times I wasn't, usually a user error lol. ### 23. My hosting lives in a little spot al its own. It makes sites more secure to not be on giant shared servers. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** The plans and pricing structure is a bit confusing. And, it's a bit more expensive than a lot of competitors (but not the most expensive), but you get the value for the dollar. However, they just rasied their rates recently, which was a surprise. They could dump the whole membership thing in my opinion. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a client or two who need to have sites running on servers that are more secure and where they are not sharing bandwidth. (Which isn't to say that you don't need ANY expertise, but they do a very good job of making it as accessible as possible to people like me.) **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** I haven't found any so far - except that with an annually paid Agency plan, I wish hosting for perhaps half a dozen small websites was included, rather than having to pay an additional $4/mo for sites that I'm basically just tinkering with. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have an Agency plan and I use both their plugins and their Gold hosting. Since making the switch I have had no problems at all. My Wordpress / WooCommerce site loads quickly and smoothly.
