For me, the support is excellent and always available and willing to help on any issues. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** There are occasional bugs, such as an old migrated site that keeps being removed from the hub but keeps re-appearing; I'm told the only solution was to disconnect and re-connected each of my 35 sites to fix which clearly wasn't worth it. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to WPMUDev, we used a dedicated server and were beset by problems. We used to spend most of our time managing hosting rather than actually building and optimising websites. Billing is on a per site/per month basis. The core pro plugins are great to use, and the tech support is fast and competent. I especially like that I can use the plugins on sites hosted elsewhere, and still manage them all from a central hub. There is an annual fee for this, but it is very worthwhile. **What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?** The service is not cheap. But that has two meanings. It is not low cost, but neither is it low quality. The annual cost for the membership can be quite high, depending on the level you choose, and so WPMU makes more sense the more sites you are hosting. WPMU is only for WordPress sites, so for clients who want Drupal or Joomla, I have to manage a separate hosting contract with another company. **Recommendations to others considering WPMU DEV:** Take advantage of their free trial to fully evaluate if this meets your needs. **What problems is WPMU DEV solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to manage plugins, monitor site uptime, etc. for all my WP sites, regardless of where they are hosted, and to be able to use the same plugins at WPMU hosted sites and elsewhere, massively simplifies site management. I am planning to take advantage of the white label and automated customer billing in the near future, to simplify a new revenue stream. Some of the prices are a bit high, especially when trying to be a reseller.
