We set up another form to sign-up for newsletters (but without the automated list integration feature. Submissions are sent to our target email address within moments. Spam submissions are decreased compared to previous forms we tried, which is a great benefit to not have to filter through too many. All in all, if you liked Gravity Forms but were annoyed that it looks like the GUI was pulled out of 2005, then you need to try WPForms. If you keep running into weird issues with Gravity Forms where your conditional logic causes strange conflicts, then you need to try WPForms. If you're still using Contact Form 7 for some reason, good grief mate - use WPForms! **What do you dislike about WPForms?** Not quite as many integrations or ability to implement 'weird client requests' like I can in Gravity Forms, but for 99% of situations, it works really well with less conflicts or problems right out of the box. My default is essentially "Use WPForms unless I have a reason to use Gravity Forms" - and as someone who used GF for many years before trying WPForms, I can assure you that is a big change and speaks volumes to how much more fluid, streamlined and user friendly that WPForms is. **Recommendations to others considering WPForms:** Make sure you budget for the renewal costs. They generally offer a 50% discount or similar on the first year, but subsequent renewals are at full price, which kinda stings a little. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Limitations and clunkyness of Gravity Forms were the main reason I wanted to try out WPForms.
