I also like the templates, they have many for multiple scenarios. I use conditional formatting a lot, and I've also used the calculations which are great. It also has never broken down, it's been consistently working for years. **What do you dislike about WPForms?** I think the pricing is the biggest thing I don't like. I think there are other platforms out there that offer way more features in their free plan. I needed to use a Google Drive integration recently, but I can't have access to it without renewing the plan, but the business that I work with doesn't want to pay that if there are free versions I can use instead. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used WPForms for communication with our customers.
